Regarding their response all I have to say is that consume was not selected however at this point it is my word against theirs. But explain to me why would I want to pay more for my MRC when I have more then one account with a credit card on file for the MRC.The information floating around the game is I am not the only one that this has happened too, which from the company stand point they are in a position to gain more income by this “mishap”. Yes it seems they can not reverse the charge but again lets understand they are charging for “software” not a physical item which should they want to do the right thing they could give me another ione or in some other way offer something else for this error. I know they will not because doing that would admit they made an error and should that information go public others will want a correction also.Regards,[redacted]

Greetings,We still don't have an account or ticket number provided, so we are unable to investigate many of these claims.For claims of negligence and discrimination, we would need to know what happened and how that was directed against a particular group of players (and how you felt that was discriminatory.)We also haven't been able to find any of the messages indicated (but that may just be due to the fact that we don't have an account number or specifics about the incident itself.)As for our community councils, those were all disbanded some time ago due to staffing issues that preceded this incident (whatever it might be) by a long time. The account was shared with other members, as verified by the other player in question.We can't restore the krono as they were traded to other players and consumed.Any change in krono at this time would be creating duplicate items (not just in game items, but trade-able items that can be consumed for game time or traded for items.) Account security is the responsibility of the account holder, and any actions taken on/by the account are subject to that.

Our investigation shows that this account was indeed cheating.It will not be released again (we already released this account once after it was caught.)

expansion details for ToT above and below the Time Locked Expansion (TLE) adventure packs.  Plus, I know this game has had several expansions since launch,  yet I could not locate any of those on this expansion page.  https://www.everquest2.com/expansion-contentThis is where I believed it was all part of the pre-order expansion package, one for both regular and the TLE servers.  Since TLE would eventually have to vote for it to be accessed on the TLE servers, it made sense to provide an incentive to purchase a pre-order knowing that we would probably not see the ToT for some time.Also, the prices are the same for the TLE adventure pack and the standard edition for the ToT pre-order expansion.  I would recommend removing the TLE adventure pack from the expansions page.  The TLE adventure pack, it is not an expansion nor part of the pre-order expansion, yet, a link is shown (https://www.everquest2.com/expansion-content#progression) "looking for TLE" in the advertisement for ToT on the expansions page; rhetorically,  why even inject the TLE offer on an expansion; if it is not an expansion nor going towards the pre-order expansion.That is how it confused me.     A better place for the TLE adventure packs would be on the marketplace, along with the other items that can be purchased on the TLE servers, such as the vitality potions, appearance items, etc...Regards,

Purchase history on the website is not as detailed as what Customer Service can provide (and they have given you full details.)The purchase history does not provide item names or details for in game purchases. It gives full details on real money transactions such as topups, membership, and DLC purchases.

There's actually 2 case numbers the latest is  [redacted] which Was a ban appeal, and they provided absolutely no response, just marked it as solved, which it absolutley was not, the first one was [redacted], which only stated I was banned because they believed I sold my account and then solved again with no response, ive paid money for this game and you can't even have the decency to respond to me, this is absolute horrid customer service. I'm glad as a 29 year active duty navy member, I can receive the same respect as a childRegards,
