My two order numbers for my purchases were*** Both orders were placed within two daysI had ordered the wrong sizes on the 19th of January so I went on the 21st of January and purchased the correct sizesI emailed them about cancelling my first order but of course that didn’t happen
I figured I would just return it all once it came in since I was very unhappy with there customer servicei didn't realize it was going to take three weeks to receive my first order, and a month to receive my secondI sent all shirts back immediately after I got the second orderThe company has emailed me probably five times over the course of the passed months about receiving a refund ad now if I check my email, they’re all deleted and I did not delete them

Lotus Leggings should provide a reliable tracking number for the reshipped leggings, preferrably from reliable courier services like ***, ***, or ** *** ***The tracking number that they gave from the China Postal Service in my original order is not valid and I cannot track my order using thatI want to be sure that the package will be delivered on time and in good condition, being handled by reliable courier services

I have been more than patient and more than polite in dealing with this issue but it took me filing a formal complaint with the Revdex.com in order to get a response from this companyAt this point I do not trust that the product will be delivered and I am tired of waitingAn additional day delay would be acceptable on top of the maximum day shipment time but it has now been a total of days since I placed my orderThat is unacceptable and I want a full refund

The refund just went through, finally, after two full months of being lied to and ignoredThank you for all of your help in resolving this situation

I am rejecting this response because:
They are not a US company all responses are scripted email China sizing verses US sizes are different China quality verses US quality is different Legging are small and see through and would never be distributed by a US company The return address on the website is to a furniture company Nowhere does website state these are China product There is an entire Facebook page stating the same thing from multiple people They are a complete fraud I want a return label and a full refund There are over complaint on Revdex.com alone Lotus Leggings has an F rating They need to be shut down No US company would operate with such horrible customer service I wish I would have check before I ordered Also they state they do not have a phone number No US company would operate without a phone All email response come from, people with foreign names and when you call the number that is listed on Revdex.com and found through google and mention Lotus Leggings they hang up on you I want a return label and a full refund!
