I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. I have attached the correspondence with Lotus Leggings At this point I do not have the tracking number as it has been almost months since I received the order and immediately returned it.Their inventory should show an extra item for each of these designs. I am requesting a full refund

I will not accept the $gift cardThey need to honor their publicly advertised promotion of 70% off all leggings and buy one get one freeThey were originally sent a link to my cart on their website as well as you, if they want to issue a gift card to correct the pricing and honor the promo properly so that I can complete my purchase as advertised, then I will acceptOtherwise they are still conducting fraudulent business practices and defrauding many others who don't take the time to report them or don't notice that the pricing is not honoredSo I decline the mere $gift cardI want them to honor their advertisement and an apology
