rejecting this response because: This is the same number I have already called and gotten no aid whatsoeverIf the cancellation was processed, which it should have been as I asked for it to be cancelled, I should not be considered a VIP member at this point anyway. The total I have now been charged by Lotus Leggings without be aware of the conditions of my original purchase is $and with no aid in sight to correct this

Lotus team,
I want a refund for the total amount (bar pair which werent for myself) including return postage costs as this is what I have wanted since the start of this dispute! I want nothing to do with the company and do not want to support you after what I have gone through on what should have been a simple matter of sending back the first order for that refunded incl postage (as it was not my error, which I have proop of this being told to me)
If I need to lay ot out because you choose not to look back through this disputeI recieved ordersNo notifications other than paypal for either, originally wanted to send the first backTold I have to pay postage costs even though it was not my faultThen no response repedly and blocked from contacting or communicating via facebookAfter the hell want nothing to do and just want my full money back minus that pair and a refund on the return postage costs! This has been a hell of an ordeal and an extremely poor example of customer service and even listening to what the customer is asking for!

I had been waiting for an email back, but then just found your emails in my TrashI read the response from the company, but it's the same response I have received from them including the punctuation mistakesIt is a canned response, but they don't actually do anythingSince they sent that message, I have been in contact with them over Facebook Messenger, including them asking again for the fifth time, my tracking #*** ***

The support team has NOT taken care of my issue as they never answered my direct question which was the only stopping point for me sending the leggings back and being done with the companyAfter reading this I gave them one last chance and emailed them with the question again and as they say they respond within 24hrs allowed that timeno contactcant say im surprised though

I did contact [email protected] sent five emails and received absolutely no responseI also sent three messages through their website, and received no responseMore than a month had passed since I placed the order and your "customer service" did not respond to any of my inquiriesThe only response I got was through FacebookAfter several messages explaining that customer service was not responding, they finally agreed to look into it and found me a tracking numberNow I know what carrier to contact about the missing packageThey have still not replied to any of my emails, yet they responded to this complaint within hoursThink their priorities are a bit messed up

After threatening to contact my banks fraud department they finally respondedI did more than my due diligenceI emailed them and they never respondedI emailed them times total and never got a single responseI tracked down the package and there was something missingThey did refund my money for the missing productIt should not have taken weeks, emais, and countless Facebook messagesAnd just for the revord, they only responded to my requests after receiving the complaint from the Revdex.comThen they finally replied and my package suddenly appeared
