I am rejecting this response because:
I want my refund I am not interested in their products as they clearly have no understanding of even a basic concept of customer service, let a lone a good one In addition to this, despite several emails stating I had ordered a LARGE, the other leggings they sent me, that I did not ask for, and clearly stated I did not want, were again, the wrong size.Furthermore, as stated also directly to Lotus Leggings, I do not wish to support a company by spending my money with them when they are so dishonest and poor in their service and treatment of their customers Even the fact that they have taken this long to respond to Revdex.com, is, quite frankly, absolutely disgusting

I have contacted through email multiple times, through Facebook AND TwitterThe few times I have gotten a response it's the same generic reply that you're "taking care of it" and "will get back to me with tracking info." It's ridiculousAll I want is the leggings I paid forI was offered a free pair for all this crap, but I don't anticipate that will happen since you won't even send me the pair I boughtConsidering the leggings I did receive came in the same package, you don't get to blame the postal serviceAlso, there are many complaints out there against lotus leggings and how people don't receive their orders and never get a response when they emailPerhaps you should set up a phone line so people can actually get answers

I am rejecting this response because: My concern is the fact that they couldn't send the first product ordered and had promised me several times that it was sent but I never received itI don't want to accept this offer as I am afraid that the result will only end up the same way with a product ordered and never receive itI don't want to waste my time and theirs anymoreI think that is a fair response since they obviously are having troubles with shipping.Can the company not issue the refund by a check sent to me or I can offer them a different credit card to reimburse the $51.16USDWhen I spoke with my credit card company they asked me if the company would be willing to credit back another credit cardI understand that it may be past days but how is this my fault?
