I don't accept the response because I received an email from them on March 3rd that said, "All of the items from order #*** are on the way!"Then yesterday when they gave me the tracking # for USPS it said, " March 28, , 7:pm Processed Through Facility YIWU D EMS, CHINA." They lied about when it was shippedSo now do I have to wait another 5-days to get my order? That's unacceptableI'd like my money backPlus, They said that "any questions please email us or reach out to us on facebook page " That's not true eitherI've sent three emails and a post on Facebook and never heard backIt wasn't until I sent them another message on Facebook saying that I'd lodged a complaint with the Revdex.com that they responded

I am rejecting this response because:
I have received the cheque but my bank can not guarantee it will be accepted due to it being drawn on by the person who wrote it and that it is a personal cheque not a business oneIt would have also cost me $of my refund to cash it and then more if it were to be refusedI can not cash this cheque now due to this riskI would like the business to return the money the way I actually paid for the items which is via PayPalmy paypal email is ***

After not receiving a response to the pictures I sent, that is when I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comLow and behold, two days later I receive a voicemail from some man saying how he will give me a refund, discount on further items ordered, and wants to resolve this issueSo I called back this morning, 10/22/at 755am, and this man asked me to call back in minutes since he was not in the officeI said I could not since I had to go to work and we agreed that at 1130am we would talk to each otherI call back at 1130am and his phone went straight to voicemailThen a couple minutes later, he called backI had to ask for his name, since it had not been given to me, AliHe then explained that he didn't hear his phone since he was in interviews, because they had let go of some bad reps and hired new ones, which all of this is not important to me and my issueI asked for a refund and confirmation emailHe then asked me to explain the situationI refused since they already have emails explaining my situation, and I feel a 4th time to explain was going too far, and that he should have all that information in front of himThen I asked for a refund and confirmation email, againHe said he would refund the full order amount which I told him he did not need to doI only wanted the refund for the mistakeHe asked which pair that was, and once again, I believe he should of had all this information in front of himHe then said he would give me a refund for the mistake and extra refund for another pairI thanked himHe asked for the spelling of my name, once again, why he didn't have this information I don't knowSo I spelled it out, he processed the refund, and said I would have an emailThen he asked me to remove this complaintI refused and said that I would leave it up but write down everything that we just spoke about
