The leggings arrived in the mail today (2/2/2017). I will accept them and close this case. Pursuing it further is a waste of my time and resources. I will encourage all friends and family to avoid this business at all costs.

hope your doing well. sorry that your having such a hard time with your order. we would like to explain. we announced that we had delays due to chinese new years as well as fire incidents. we were set back an additional average of 15...

days. if you ordered anything in feb your tracking number should be available. please send us a private message and we would love to see where the package is at for you or any customer. please allow us up to 24 hours to respond on the page as we are slammed. your package should be there this week. all customers with delays in jan and feb are receiving stuff since last week and still receiving. we appreciate your patience. this is a one time thing that never happens but as a brand we are owning up and making sure we are communicating with our community to let them know. our loyal fans will understand this because they know the experience they have here and its awesome. if you have any questions please look at FAQ first for your info for your country. I am rejecting this response because:
I put in a complaint against this company back in December of 2016 (complaint number [redacted]). The complaint had been closed because Lotus Leggings agreed to mail me a refund, see email below: On July 9, 2017, I emailed Lotus Leggings to find out about the status of my refund. A customer service representative emailed back saying I would be receiving a store credit. I responded to them with a copy of their Revdex.com response which says I will receive a check for the full refund. They refuse to refund my money even though they said they would, through the Revdex.com correspondence. Here is the email they send me today, July 11, 2017: Hi [redacted], Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We apologize for the inconvenience but a refund is not possible because your card will decline it due to the long duration between your order placement on October 3, 2016 at 12:17 pm and now (over 90 days already). I have checked the status of your order please check below: Tracking Number: [redacted] Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 9:36 am on October 25, 2016 in [redacted]. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Kindest Regards, Therene Lotus Leggings Customer Care Something needs to be done with this company!! They have been stringing me along since October of 2016. It took them months and at least 3 letters from the State of North Carolina for them to respond. Once they did respond in a manner satisfactory to me, they now refuse to fulfill their promise of a full refund. I would like issue to be investigated (again). Thank you.

I do not have the tracking number.  I did send all my correspondence with this company.  It is impossible to get a live person and they take months to respond.  I sent it back, priority mail - signature required.  They never returned the signature paperwork.

I am rejecting this response because:
I will not accept because that is not what they advertised. It should be 70% off any leggings, plus tge buy one get one free. Which is what I am asking them ti honor as they had it in advertisement and should not be allowed to fraudulently advertise. I am asking them to honor thier ad.

I did finally receive the items, which I am NOT SATISFIED with. They will not respond to my email requests regarding this issue.
