I am rejecting this response because:I have made several purchases from this company and understand that it can take a few days for something to process but it does not make sense that it took almost a month to prepare and process when the website says 24-48 hours and then it about a month for it to arrive on that package I actually and finally received after my complaints were made. The orders were made within minutes of each other so for them to say that it can take a few days is asinine. I have sent several emails in attempt to locate my package. The tracking numbers were given to a third party and Lotus blocked me for questioning and complaining about the length of service on their site. they gave this person two tracking numbers one worked with in a few days and the other has still not worked and it has been over 2 months, this is completely unacceptable.  for the first package I was able to track it once if finally appeared in usps and I saw it come from china. I have checked the other tracking numbee that was for the other order which was made within minutes of the first order and see that it still says status not available. this purchase was made for an event and the event is just days away and I've needed to order new leggings because there was an insane delay on these pants. NO ONE has contacted me or responded to any of my emails. and when I asked a third party to assist then and only then do I receive a response.

I am rejecting this response because:
Lotusleggings said they would be sending a tracking number and I yet to recieve one. Sorry to be such a pain just not sure what my next step would be. At this point Id be fine with a refund of my money just to be over with the headache.      Thank you, [redacted]

days. if you ordered anything in feb your tracking number should be available. please send us a private message and we would love to see where the package is at for you or any customer. please allow us up to 24 hours to respond on the page as we are slammed. your package should be there this week. all customers with delays in jan and feb are receiving stuff since last week and still receiving. we appreciate your patience. this is a one time thing that never happens but as a brand we are owning up and making sure we are communicating with our community to let them know. our loyal fans will understand this because they know the experience they have here and its awesome. if you have any questions please look at FAQ first for your info for your country. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it. Lotus leggings replied to me saying the same thing I asked them to re ship it and they still have to do so however they still promised me a 100$ gift certificate as well and I want to know if I am going to recieve that to for all my troubles.

Can you tell me when I will get this refund? It's been 2 1/2 weeks since you said I would get a refund but I have yet to see a refund. I tried emailing you and whoever responded told me the process for an order to be shipped (my email referenced my Revdex.com case # and I copied your Revdex.com response in my...

email asking about the refund). Clearly no one reads emails to respond accurately (I responded back clarifying what I was asking and then of course never got any response).
