I did an online gift card exchange on January 23, I sent an email inquiring as to the status on February 3, and have yet to receive a responseThe email acknowledging the transaction notes transaction [redacted] and states that the gift card to be sent (Amazon) would be done so within three days of the transactionThis transaction was done online so it was immediateIt's been two weeks since the transaction and I have not received anything yet

Company sold me a [redacted] Gift Card that is registered to someone else's accountThis can allow the original seller to empty the card Company expects me to ship it back to them at my cost

I listed [redacted] gift cards on Cardpool on 8/and 8/respectively and they got sold as well by 8/Today is 9/and I am still seeing the status as Shipped and I have not been paidI am much beyond the time allowed by stated service levels on cardpool.com and have written to their customer service twice as wellBut no responseMakes me think question their intentionsLogging this complaint so I can get paid for my cards

Do not use this company I bought e-gift cards to Staples that they said I can use at any locations, and it did not say anywhere that these gift cards were not good for online use When they were delivered, it said I cannot use it for online store And these are e-gift cards!
