Sold my [redacted] gift card to cardpool in amount of $in exchange for an [redacted] card of $on December 31st Site promised electronic delivery of my [redacted] card through email within one business dayAs of January 8th they have neither sent my payment of returned emails

On 6/I sent the following email to [redacted] I purchased the following gift card for [redacted] on order ***for $My wife used the gift card for one purchase for $online at our home in FloridaTwo other purchases were made at Madison NY for $and $These were fraudulentNow, there is only $left on the card and I need you to assist us in recoupling the lost $This was my first time ever using Cardpool and based on your guarantee, I am assuming you will resolve this quicklyAs of this moment, I have yet to hear any response from Cardpool and based on reviews I am reading, I doubt I ever willWe tried to contact [redacted] for resolution as the frauduelent gift card purchases were made in NY and they told us that we needed to contact Cardpool as they were not liableI am supposed to have a year gaurantee but the company appears to not care about that or its customers

I traded in a $100 gift card in exchange for an Amazon e-gift card. The website and my confirmation email said I should receive my payment within 24 hours. 3 days went by before I submitted an email complaint to their support system. I received an automatic reply that stated it could take anywhere from 1-3 business days to get back to me and that if I were to submit another request, my support ticket would be dropped to the back of the line. This was 5 days ago. It has now been 8 days since I sold them my gift card. I have not received any contact from their support, even after calling every number I could find and using their awful chat feature on their website. They have stolen my money and they will steal yours too. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I sold them $125 ($88.88 trade-in value) worth of gift cards on 1/30/2018 and mailed the physical gift cards on 1/31/2018. Their confirmation email states, "Your transaction number is [redacted] . We'll issue you a check within 3 business days of verifying your gift cards, mail via [redacted] and email you to let you know when we do." It has now been almost three weeks since mailing the cards and I have heard nothing. I have emailed the company twice and left a voicemail for customer service. I have not received any communication back.

purchased home depot gift card on 02-03-got card in mail on about 02-10-tried to use it the next day 02-11-and home depot said that there is no money on it, sent cardpool many e-mails no response ,have called there number many times , they do not answer only leave a message,the phone only answers after about minutes of silence, I guess they hope you hang up which I did the first time, please call that number and see how it is its a joke [redacted] I just want my money back asap its been days with no response
