This is regarding my order [redacted] placed on Nov 23rd, I tried to contact Cardpool.com to get refund for a $ [redacted] gift card for which I paid $The card number and pin numbers are incorrect$ [redacted] Electronic Gift Card Number: [redacted] 1, Pin: XXXX Please note that I have masked the Pin number for security reasonsAccording to the Year Guarantee Policy offered by Cardpool.com, I am requesting for a refund of $

I received a brand new [redacted] gift card with $on itI went through their online site to trade it in and get an [redacted] gift cardIt said to make sure nobody used the [redacted] card, so I destroyed itToday they send me an email that said they can't use a card less than $Doesn't make any sense because the card had $on itNow I am out $25!!!!!

I exchanged a [redacted] gift card on Friday the 22nd of June for [redacted] gift credit; I am used from my previous experiences using [redacted] in for those exchanges to go through exactly hours laterHowever, five days have passed, well over the promised "within one business day" for the exchange to go through and I'm concerned that something has gone wrong and that I won't receive my gift credit as promised

I sold an [redacted] gift card to [redacted] They sent an email stating my check had been mailed but I NEVER received the check from them and the time the check should have arrived is now far exceededI have documentation as I'm happy to provide my bank statement which shows I never deposited a check from themI have emailed them THREE TIMES and have not received a replyThis company is FRAUDULENT and takes people's money/does not send out checks as promised and does not reply when you attempt to contact them numerous timesIf I pay for a car and the salesman says 'thanks for the payment but we're not going to give you the car', I would think that is textbook FRAUD just as thisI would like to receive my check from cardpool as promised and I would like this company to be investigated and shut down immediately by the government so they don't have the time and opportunity to take advantage of millions of other peopleWhoever is in charge of this website should be thrown in PRIS

I received electronic gift cards from [redacted] some time backWhen I realized I wasn't going to need them, I decided to sell them to Cardpool through the online portalI made sure that the business accepted electronic gift cards in the FAQ sectionThus, I went through and added my gift cards to complete the saleOnce I had added all of my gift cards for the sale, agreed on the price, and setup the process, I clicked, "Confirm & Claim Payout"I was then directed to a printing shipping labelI contacted customer service and let them know that these were electronic gift cards to which I received the response that electronic gift cards were not acceptedNo information related to the stipulation that electronic gift cards were not accepted until after I agreed to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and "Confirm & Claim Payout"I have all of the screenshots from the process if those would be helpfulAs I would not have requested electronic gift cards, this deceptive proces

Fabricated statements on the website promising e-mail delivery as well as incompetent and rude customer service representativesI was in need of a gift card to purchase some shoes on [redacted] .com last nightI saw that cardpool.com had the required amount and I placed the order expecting to receive the gift card via e-mail soon thereafterI did not imagine the frustration the verification process and horrible the customer service I would have to go throughI answered all of the questions through their website verification successfully but the gift card was not delivered via e-mail nor was there any status update on the websiteI received a call this morning from a ***, who left a voice mail with a number to call backI called at least times without a responseI don't understand the point of this redundancy to ask the same verification questions over the phone as well as onlineNot only is the "instant e-mail delivery" promise a huge disappointment and fabrication, this co

With some trepidation, I sent my $gas gift card with the prepaid envelope and their instructions It took a couple weeks to hear from them but in about two weeks they did alert me via email it was received Shortly thereafter, the credit for Amazon as I requested arrived via email The transaction went just fine I have since used the Amazon credit without any issuesIt would be helpful to a customer for Cardpool to use [redacted] tracking for the prepaid envelopes so customers know a card was successfully received on Cardpool's end

Cardpool sold me an electronic [redacted] gift card on January 24th that they told me I could print and use at a retail locationWhat they actually sent me was a code that can not be printed, can not be used and is coming up invaild via [redacted] s websiteI told them immediately of the issue and they have never responded to three emails

Thy WILL steal your gift cardThey stole my card!!!! I tried to sell my gift card to them online on 6/I was told once they verify the balance they will send me a check in one business dayOn 6/they contacted me stating the balance was zeroWhen I call the merchant to verify the balance, they confirmed the card was used at a store location over miles from meDisgusting company with no way to recoup your losses after they steal from youThis is a glorified phishing website and should be reported to the FBI

I ordered a [redacted] gift card from them for $when it was delivered via email and I went to use it the card was already issued to another [redacted] app customer and had no valueI called [redacted] and they said [redacted] is known for selling the same card to the numerous customers and the card they sold was already registered to someone elseSo the card has no valueI tried to contact them 3x and I received no contact back

On 2/22/I put in two orders to sell gift cards and received two different emails with transaction numbersThe emails included my offer amounts and stated they would send me a check in days of verifying my gift cardsAfter days I emailed support as my order showed as "In review" (CardPool does not have a customer service phone number)I did not receive a response, so on 3/I sent a [redacted] message to Cardpool with my transaction numbers and requested an updateI then received emails from Cardpool stating my orders had been cancelledThe emails stated the processing center encountered an issue while processing the cards but they could not disclose any further specificsSince the original email offers I received said the checks would be sent when my gift cards were verified, one would assume that my transaction was cancelled because my gift cards could not be verified, but every single one of my gift cards has a valid balanceI noticed that in the time I received my offe

It's been a week since I completed the sale/order of my Gift Card and have yet to receive my [redacted] gift card, I emailed them to let them know I failed to include the pin # and have not heard back, it's so aggravating that they do not have a customer service # to reach them at instead you have to email and hope to hear backAt this point I am in limbo, since the did not indicate I needed to mail in this gift card

Purchased a discounted [redacted] gift card on September 28, for the amount of $When I went to use the gift card after I received it the same day, I was given an error message stating that the card was invalidThe site claims to offer a guarantee of the card's value I immediately emailed customer service and was given a form reply saying they would respond to my email in the order they receivedIt's been five days and I haven't received a responseThey don't pick up the phone when I try to call their number, and did not respond to an email sent from my business addressCard still doesn't workI was scammedIf this complaint is not successful in producing a refund for the purchase amount or a gift card in the value purchased that is valid, I will be pursuing a civil complaint under WV's consumer protection laws

I have tried to contact customer service numerous times to check on my orderWebsite is showing that they never received my order, but I mailed it to them on the 27th of Decvia the label that they providedI am supposed to receive [redacted] Credit for the Gift Card I mailed to them, but I have not been able to reach any customer service or get any responses to my emails sent to customer service

Hi,,, I hope you are well and thank you for helping meI have been stolen from by this companyI listed gift cards on there website after making an accountThey were sold to cardpool and I have never received payment They are [redacted] gift cards all at a valueThey have my banking information, required when you open an account, and all the cards have been used with no paymentThere is no phone number to reach them , just a chat with a robot that answers no questions, a complete scam companyI also tried to redeem a wawa card at a kiosk at the giant eagle in [redacted] and was told the card is not taken after swiping the magnetic strip on there machine and now there is a balance.HorrificThank you very much [redacted]

I sent emails, asking them to help me log in, get a promo code, etc---no Response! I finally was able to purchase a $Bed Bath and Beyond card for a discount, planning to give the gift card for a bridal shower gift, Cardpool's website said free shipping through USPS, so I assumed I would get a physical card, instead they send me an electronic gift card When I went to Bed an d Beyond they said you can only use that to purchase "on-line" stuff There was no where on their website that said they would send an "electronic gift card"Deceptive--especially when they boast No Shipping costs---very deceptive, they don't respond to emails and you can't call themThey need to be shut down! Terrible business practices--unethical!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid doing business with CardpoolWish I had read reviews on Revdex.com before attempting to make a purchaseThey are obviously practicing some poor business practices if not also shady business practicesDo not fall for the trap of trying to purchase an e-gift card from them because I am confident they will never send itThere is not contact number to talk to a person a Cardpool, but only provide a support email address that promptly sends back an automated response saying we are busy and will try to get back to you in the next several daysIf they actually had the e-gift cards as advertised they would be nothing stopping them from sending them even within hoursMy guess would be that they try to acquire the cards after you make a purchase but often aren't able to so they will end up canceling your order after making you wait for days or weeksHowever, based on other reviews it sounds like they often send you $balance cards or numbers to try and please you and then delay your process of then hopefully getting a refundThe moral of the story is just STAY AWAY! Do not think you will be treated any differently [redacted]

ONCE AGAIN we have a problem with a gift card from this companyPurchased an [redacted] Gift Card with $balanceCome to find it only has a balance of $When I look at the card history, I find someone charged $13.85, the difference, several days before I purchased itOut and out fraudI emailed customer service and left a voicemail at what I learn isn't even their Customer Service number and have received no replyThese clowns hide their customer service number from the customersSeriously, how they have an A+ rating is a jokeObviously, it's pay-to-play at the Revdex.com
