my cardpool transaction number is [redacted] sold my [redacted] gift card to them with a value of $on 01/05/i chose to receive payment in the form of a [redacted] e-gift card for $they said to expect e-gift card delivery with hoursit has been almost week and no word from them, they don't respond to emails I sent to them about my orderi need my money back

I purchased 3 gift cards for home depot through cardpool.com. The item description said 3 home depot gift cards and said they were able to be redeemed for online purchases on the home depot website. 1 card worked but 2 were declined because they were automatically identified as store credit, not gift cards. I cancelled the order before any of the 3 cards were used. I emailed the company using the [redacted] email address provided [redacted] @cardpool.com) on dec 31, 2016 and asked for a full refund. I received an automatic reply. I followed up twice afterwards using the same email and received no response. It has been almost 2 weeks. The total owed is $421.84

This company is absolutely terribleTheir website says e-gift cards will be delivered within ten minutesThe email confirmation of purchase says it will take one business day or up to three business daysI was trying to take advantage of a hour sale, so when I didn't receive my cards in time I had to cancel my orderBut that didn't exactly workI emailed them about three hours after I purchased the cards and they still hadn't been delivered, and I requested a full refund because the misleading information on their website meant that the cards would be of no use to me three days laterThat was on 3/24/As of 4/6/I have still received NO RESPONSE from anyone on their customer service teamNo explanation of why the information on their website is lying to their customersNo refundNo attempt to make any of it rightI would NEVER do business with them againAbsolutely never

Cardpool offers a refer-a-friend $5 credit. I referred many friends, but only.one made an account and a purchase. My $5 "reward" was emailed to me. In the.email it says to use the code in the gift card field at checkout. I tried both the.gift card field and the promo code fieldon my next purchase, but it didn't work in either. I emailed them but made the purchase anyway because it was time-sensitive. I was in contact back and forth for a month. They askwd for a screenshot of the email, they said to ONLY use the promo field not the gift card field (contrary to the original message), they said to use Cbrome and a desktop to follow links and use their site. I complied with all of their suggestions and directions. I finally sent a screenshot of the error code saying it was ridiculous that this has taken this long. They needed to provide a new code or.a. $5 refund, or I was going to report them to BBB. That was almost a week ago and I have yet to.hear anything back.

I bought a $40 electronic gift card Cardpool to TGIF Fridays. When I went to use the gift card , it had a zero balance. This happened in the beginning of February 2017. I have emailed Cardpool five times and two phone calls to help with this issue. As of today March 8, 2017 Cardpool has not responded to any of my requests .

Proceed with caution I have had quite a few successful transactions with Cardpool (purchases) however on one occasion I received a card with no value Several attempts to contact the company were futile Absolutely NO RESPONSE! I was able to recoup the funds with my credit card company but that was time consuming and should not be necessary if there was any sort of customer service I warned my wife about what had happened and she told me the same thing happened to her, but that she did not follow through with her credit card company It is difficult to recommend when one bad card negates any savings you would have

This company is a scam I sent them gift cards Cheese cake Factory worth US Red Robin worth US and Regal Cinema worth with the promise I would get cash not full value but cash and I have not got one check back, I tried calling their customer service but I just rings no voice mail no nothing and then I email them and get a bogus note stating they received out of the gift cards and my check will be mailed with in 3-business days! Now they emailed me and say that they have not received my Red Robin gift card yet when I mailed all together!! These people are ripping me off and I feel they should be exposed and never do business again! It's been almost a month and I have not received anything! I'm angry! I'm very upset! And want the word out that this company is a scam!

I purchased a Chili's e gift card # [redacted] on 12/I attempted to use the card on Jan13th it was rejectedI was advised by Chili's customer service that the card was used in Southpoint Texas on 12/I have never er been in Southpoint and did not use or authorize use of this cardThree emails (1/13, 1/and 1/24) requesting a refund have all gone unanswered

I attempted to register a gift card for reimbursement. I submitted all of the required documentation and received a follow-up email indicating I was all set and would hear from them soon. At that point I shredded the 25.00 [redacted] gift card, seeing as how there would be no need for it in the future. A few days later I received an automated email from them indicating I needed to reenter the gift card information as there seemed to be a discrepancy. I responded indicating I had shredded the card and there was no possible way to locate this information. It took them three different responses to understand the issue and the final one basically said too bad - we told you to hang onto the card. So, despite the fact that it was only $20.00, the way I was treated and the service I felt was inappropriate.

If I could, I want to give zero star! I have never bought or sold a single card from cardpool.***. But they always canceled my transaction for the reason [redacted] ." I tried to buy two Starbucks card back to 2015 and it was cancelled. Recently, I have some gas gift cards to sell. And I followed the instruction from their website to input my number and mailed all cards out which are worth more than 600 dollars. After more than one week, they told me they got the cards and will issue my Amazon egc within one business day (I chose [redacted] gift card instead of check). Then after two or more days, they told me my order was cancelled for the reason above. If they cannot verify my info, why would they ask me to mail all my cards? So many hassles, so many risks! Definitely would not buy or sell any cards on this website any more. Avoid them if you can! Terrible. They even do not provide a phone number to call and they reply email very slowly!

Sold my gift cards to them and never got paid. I sold one $50 [redacted] bread gift card and 4 $25 Whole Foods markets gift card and was promised $121 all together in 2 different checks and never got the selling email so they scammed me.

On Feb 21, I purchased a $ [redacted] Gift Card from [redacted] When I went to use the gift card it only had a balance of $on it, not the $that was promisedI have made numerous emails, phone calls, and left many voice mail messages requesting a refundCardpool will not answer their phones, nor will they respond to emailI am demanding a refund from this company
