Customer was left messages in December of about exchange offerCustomer did not return call until June of The television is currently out of warrantySharp will contact customer to go over options

The model offered is a comparable model that replaced the model the customer currently hasThe television that was offered is a newer Android Television with additional apps that the customer unit does not featureThe costs of televisions differ per yearCustomer purchased his unit in 2015, there are of televisions that have lower MRSP for same specificationsCustomer can receive his same model if he would likeWe offered a newer model to himThe model the customer is asking about is not supported by Sharp Electronics and cannot be offered

A return authorization has been created for the customer to return the TV to the retailerRA# *** to *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: The TV was a refurbished unit that lasted for days I have now been waiting a week for a response for Sharp's next attempt at correcting their
continued problem Giving me a refurbished unit that has a warranty of less time than it took the new TV to fail shows the complete lack of faith that Sharp has in its own refurbished product

Customer contacted us and the part was shipped to his servicer as a courtesy

We cannot honor a refundOur policy stated clear that within days DOA we sent a brand new for replacementIf it is outside of days DOA, we send a recertified replacementMost of our recertified products look like newCustomer purchased the unit since Sept/2015, so her warranty will be
expired in SeptHowever, if she accepts a recertified replacement in August, she will get extended warranty until Nov because we warranty days for exchange and repair

Sharp contacted me today and offered to send me a refurbished TV, im good with that if its in a timely matter, I dont want to wait months for a refurbished TV to come available
