because: Although Sharp no longer owns this company I am sure this product was distributed under the Sharp name and ownershipFurthermore Sharp brand is still being used under *** of course so during an intermittent time I believe situations such as these should be directly forwarded from the Sharp headquarters to ***I have called Sharp customer service who have forwarded my calls to *** representatives before

It is not right that a $T.VDied just outside of the warranty date. The reason so much was spent on a t.vWas so that something like this would not happenThere is no reason why I should receive a refurbished t.vFor $That is unreasonable when that t.v could fail as wellI am willing to pay $for a new t.v.If you could please assist me with this issue I would be in your debtWe have no t.vRight now because we had invested all of our resources into that t.vTo pay $for refurbished one is throwing money down the drain once again and we are retired so we are on a limited income.Thank you in advance for your assistance

want the world to know not to buy Sharp television that break down faster than used cars at an auction. Business never contacted the customer and obviously could care less about their customers after getting a Revdex.com complaint and responding with sentences. This says to me that they know their product will not last long and that that don't care as long as they get your money

We reached the customer and he has agreed to our “modified” Standard Replacement (order# ***)lA Pre-Paid label will be emailed to him and a box is also being shippedOnce the customer has received
the box and shipped his defective, we will ship his replacement unit

Mr*** was contacted and offered an exchangeCustomer accepted and the exchange has been processed

Due to the customer being out of the yr parts and labor warranty, Sharp offered the customer a prorated exchangeThe customer declined the offer

As stated in the warranty statement, Sharp reserves the right to repair or replace the unit in questionSharp has dispatched service for the customerThe unit will be repaired under warrantyIf unit is found to be deemed non-repairable, the unit will be exchanged

This case was not out of warranty when I filed the claim Sharp is the one who was negligent One of their representatives advised to file under the extended warranty and be untruthfulI am not going to do that A representative also stated that if it was still under warranty then it would be exchanged at the store for a new one It was under warranty when I called So, because the initial first year warranty ended, they are no longer responsible to do what is right? Just lose everyone's paperwork and wait it out until you can give them a used tv Must save a lot of money So, I am sorry that is not satisfactory to me The tv was a lemon It can't be repaired

I am rejecting this response because:They have fix this problem before related to sound and the picture had me reset my tv when I
did that it did something to sound the more they do fixing and taking apart gonna make worst I spent to much money for this tv is someone coming out to correct problem
