Installers pay great attention to detail and products are great quality. We put two new huge windows in our living room and our electricity bill noticeably decreased.

I would recommend Mad City Windows to others. The whole process was handled professionally, they answered all my questions so I knew what was going on, and the installers were prompt, and cleaned up everything. Inside & out. Great job!

The initial presentation in our home is what sold us. Had all of our windows replaced in November, no more drafts! Two screens had tiny tears and a caulk line on the outside was unfinished. My husband called and the service manager came out to inspect. Two weeks later the screens were replaced and caulk line finished. Very happy so far!

The windows were worth the wait. So happy with the product and customer service!

Mad City did an excellent job replacing our windows. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely matter. We felt a difference immediately in the temperature of the rooms we had done. The warranty is an added bonus.

Mad City Windows came into my home on 10/20/2018, gave me an estimate for remodeling my tub and wall and replacing 2 windows, On 10/24/2018 the inspector came to get exact measurements. He noticed that they had to Remove my Original Towel rack due to the work had to come further out. He Assured me that they would Replace it with a New one due to have to remove my Original one. So when they actually came out to do the work and almost completed the job, I asked about my towel rack, the contractor stated that, he was Not informed about putting one in, but did call *** which also stated that he was not aware of it either. I asked can they reach out to the inspector who said that since they HAD to remove my original one that it would be replaced, Which would make Sense. So I told the contractor not to finish the job that I would get someone else to finish the job Professionally. So that's when *** decided to put one in. On 1/8/2019 a contractor came into my home to put in a Towel rack, which he put Right Over the Old one that was Half Removed. They refused to remove the old one, which looks a Mess!!

We have done exactly what we promised. Mad City meet with the client. The client said to cut the old towel bar bracket off and to sand it down. She said that she didn't want us to take it all the way out. The client also requested her gift card that her salesman promised her. We told her that we would call to schedule the service within 48 hours after the job walk. We also agreed to call her in 48 hours about her gift card after the job walk. The job site walk was on 1/22 at 4pm with our regional manager. (***)

I spoke/met with *** on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 5pm, Not the Date and time they listed. We discussed that if they Remove the Old Towelbar that it would Damage my wall. Why Would I Agree on that . So what other way was to do it. I Suggested that Maybe Filing/Shaving it Down. And they reached out to me once the Revdex.com reached out to them on Thursday, January 24th, Which Passed the 24 hours. So Since it Can’t be Done Professionally, I’ll have to get a Different Company that is Willing to Do it Right. As for the Gift Card No one still mentioned that. I Guess Customers are Told that just to get Sales or the Sales Rep is just Concerned about Commission. I’m Sooo Frustrated right Now. But, You Live and You Learn. And I Rather Not Continue to Proceed with them half doing their Job.

Mad City Windows came into My Home and Remodeled my Bathroom and re-did 2 Windows. They Removed half of my Original towel rack, which I was told by the Site Inspector, that they would replace it. Since the Inspector Failed to put it on paper they refused to put one up. If I knew that was going to happen I could have found a Different company that would have been ok to put one up. So speaking with managers, field managers I guess they came up with putting up one. When they came to my home to put that up, they put it right over my half original towel rack which looks a Mess. I have a New towel rack over the Half one that they Partially removed. What company does that? Oh Mad City Windows Does. I Would Not Recommend them at ALL!! Go to where it Matters, instead of they are just out for your Money!! Don't Deserve a Star at all
Sincerely,
Rhoda

They were very professional and did all the window installations in 1 day all for a great price!

Their products are top of the line at a great price. Everyone who works for and with the company genuinely cares and makes a connection. No pushy sales or catches. We had 3 Windows replaced in our home and plan on having all the rest replaced. We recommend them to our friends and anyone looking for upgrading their home.

The salesman, Kris W., was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my time. He was very good at helping me decide what I truly wanted. He worked with me to secure very manageable financing. He also gave me his cell no. to call him at any time with concerns that I might have. The company was very timely in every aspect - securing the materials, contacting me to set up times, and following up to check my satisfaction. The two workmen, Chad and Jeff, showed up promptly at the scheduled time on the day of the installation. They diligently worked for 6 1/2 hours straight, removing my clawfoot tub, tearing off the wainscoting, putting in new surround, building a wall, and putting in my new tub/shower with shelves, curved rod, and two safety bars. They were able to work this in around my window, which was vital to me. Nick, the master plumber, came in to take care of the new plumbing needed, and was very thorough and efficient. Chad and Jeff were very courteous and cleaned up absolutely everything before their departure. It's amazing what three men accomplished between 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM. This has totally transformed my bathroom and I am delighted with it. I get many compliments. I highly recommend Mad City Bath!

Very high pressure and deceptive salesman. Customer service argues. Was told many things that were not right.

Non pressure sales process and flexible schedule for installation of my new window.

We ordered a house full of new windows and a new patio door. Everyone we had talked to associated with Mad City was very professional. During install one of the guys noticed one of the security pieces was missing from one of the windows. A new window was ordered right away and installed as soon as it came in. Someone was off with the patio door after install, but the guy who came to install the window that was missing a piece fixed it up and it's working great! Very pleased overall!

Love my new windows! Super professional and very helpful.

It went very, very well--even though anomalies arose due to the age of the house, staff were creative in their working with those. Staff were very timely, worked hard and with focus; very friendly, completed a beautiful job.
This was the third job in which I have hired Mad City/ previously bathroom windows, tub and tub surround, etc.; front screen door)

On October 16, 2018 I had signed a contracted with Mad City Windows to replace and install a new sliding glass door. At the point of sale, the sales man stated that they were approximately 4-6 weeks out from the date the window was measured to install date. I paid 1/3 of the total contract price with cash, and the rest is due upon installation. On Wednesday, October 24th, 2018 our sliding glass door was measured by a Mad City Windows representative.

During the week of November 26th (5 weeks after the measurement date), I called the Mad City Windows main customer service line asking for a status update. The customer service agent said that my sliding glass door had not come in yet but she expected that the door will be delivered the next week and that they would give me a call to schedule the installation.

Two more weeks went by and I still had not received a call back from Mad City. So I called the main customer service number yet again on the week of December 10 (7 weeks after the measurement date). The customer service representative was not certain about the status of my door, and she proceeded to transfer me to the installation department. The agent seemed surprised when she learned that I was asking about the status of my door. During our discussion, the install agent asked if she could return my phone call within the next 30 minutes as she needed some extra time to figure out if my door was in their warehouse. She was true to her word, and within 30 minutes the agent called back and stated that my door was in their warehouse. However, she stated the earliest day they were able to install the door was January 2, 2019 (10 weeks after the initial measurement date and 11 weeks after I signed the contract paying 1/3 down with my own cash).

After finding out about the surprising yet alarming installation date, I called the main customer service number back on December 14 hoping to speak with a manager. The customer service representative stated that the manager had stepped away from his desk, but assured me that I would receive a phone call by the end of the day.

It is now December 20th (4 business days after I asked to speak with a manager) but no one has called me.

My compliant is two-fold:

1. As a customer, I feel that I have every right to be upset that the original 4-6 week timeline was not fulfilled according to the contract. One of the main reasons I chose Mad City Windows was because of the favorable timeline compared to other vendors. But now we are looking at a 10-11 week timeline, which breaks the terms agreed upon.

2. The lack of communication. Not once after the date the door was measured had I received a single phone call or email regarding the status of my order. A simple phone call from an agent saying that they are running behind and that our installation date will likely be pushed back would have gone a long way. Additionally, I am pretty upset that I still have not been contacted by a manager even though the customer service representative said I would be.

Mad City Windows & Baths Response • Jan 03, 2019

We had the client scheduled for 1/2/19. Unfortunately our installer had a medical emergency and we had to reschedule the job. We have a different installer installing the patio door. This Friday 1/4/19 in the afternoon. We will have field management reach out to the client to make sure that all concerns are addressed before we arrive tomorrow afternoon.

After filing a complaint Jeff came out to work on our leaking windows. The trim went from bad to worse and after another MONTH they were finally finished. At this point we are so frustrated with this whole process (6+ months) and the quality and craftsmanship from Mad City we wanted them to be finished. What is even more disappointing is that Jeff seemed to use our yard as a waste bin. I have several pictures of handfuls of screws, old caulk that was ripped off, and nails thrown about. He literally put materials in a small hole that drops down below our deck and I will be posting these pictures on a different website. Brian (the regional manager) said he would be contacting me once this was all over and that never happened although we aren't surprised. Please be aware of their unprofessionalism and choose a company with integrity!

Great service and even greater product.

I love my new shower. They removed our old tub and put in a new walk in shower. It was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up their mess when they were done. Awesome job. Thank you.

I absolutely love my new windows!!!! Also the staff was awesome, very fast and professiona
