Install tech. was good! Product fine so far. Salesman not so much!!

We had new windows installed on our 1958 ranch on January 23, during a snowstorm. They should have rescheduled. Regardless, they should have followed lead safe procedures and didn't. Now that the snow has melted, my husband has picked up dozens of screws from our driveway. Additionally, they left pieces of metal, springs, sawdust, lead paint chips and dust below each of the 10 windows they installed on my home. We have called and been told on 2 occasions that clean up would happen the next day, but that never happened. Finally, the state department of health services came to document the mess today, so we'll see if they come by and clean the mess. I don't want my 2 young children exposed to lead chips or dust and was assured by Mad City that they would follow lead safe procedures. I will never use them again. They are not trust worthy and have horrible customer service.

We had 10 windows replaced and everything went flawlessly! The employees were friendly and professional and they were quick and efficient! We love our new windows!

I'm very, very happy with my new windows. One is 5' X 10' and the other is an awning type over my kitchen sink. Love them both. Workmen were exceptional: took their time, tweaked, cut molding to fit and installed, caulked on outside, spent a day and a half instead of the anticipated day at no extra charge. Love my new windows!

We hired Mad City to the tune of over $25,000 for complete replacement of all 14 windows of our home and installation of one patio door (2017). At first, we were over the moon excited. We did not have any problems with scheduling even in February weather. Upon scheduling, we were assured that we would see a dramatic difference in our energy bills. This would be due to the fact they were to install all new insulation and the windows were "top notch". This couldn't be further from the truth. The overall operation of the windows over time is deplorable. Also, cold drafts occur in many of the windows. I'm guessing insulation wasn't replaced. Maybe they have so many people for installation to distract you from what's really taking place?
There was also an issue with our patio screen door. We were given a "lifetime" warranty. Lifetime to me is, no matter what, they come out and fix it. We had an issue with our door becoming damaged twice. After the second time out, we were told it was our "last repair" for this door. How is that a lifetime warranty? This company is bogus. They've stooped to marketing at local Walmart stores and malls in my area.
So where do I go from here? I have another message out to the company. I guess I work more to pay off these terrible windows and replace them AGAIN.
Would NOT recommend. Do your homework.

I am very satisfied with my new tub/shower. It was installed in one day and the crew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The new bath looks great and works better than the old one.

We are extremely happy with Mad City! When we called for a quote they were quick to schedule it at a time that was convenient for us and the salesman was very friendly, helpful and did not try to force us into anything. The install crew was friendly, quick and did a great job! We previously contacted several local businesses and were unable to even get a call back. Mad City’s customer service is unparalleled and we will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was told by a co-worker about Mad City who had installed a tub/shower in her home for $6,000. We are new homeowners and decided to do the same. The tub we had was small and not long enough for my husband to fit in properly. A consultant came to our home and gave an hour presentation and told us the tub he had in his home would be perfect for my husband. The consultant is 250+ pounds and 6"4; my husband is 180 an 6.2; so we decided to get what the consultant had with an extra accessory which was jets. When the consultant finished our bill came out to $11,000 (which was twice what my co-worker paid), and we decided to go ahead especially since we would be getting a tub that would fit my husband. The installed the tub on Friday (March 1st) and at 2:00 p.m. my husband was calling upset because the tub they had installed was not long enough for my husband. We told them it was the wrong tub and they said this is the only tub we have with jets. We told them to take away the jets and give us a tub that would fit my husband. We were NEVER told by the consultant that the "jet" tubs only came one size. I spoke with a *** at Mad City who was not cooperative; nor did he feel he needed to make us happy. The consultant misinformed us regarding the product and we bought it on the recommendation of the consultant being that he had the same tub we were purchasing and to find out he lied. All we want: 1) take out jets and give us a tub that is longer enough for my husband to fit in or 2) reduce the price ($7,500). This is terrible that we are being forced to pay $11,000 for a tub that is NOT what we were told we were purchasing. NEVER, NEVER, would we do business with such a company again and definitely will spread the word as to how they treat their customers.

We are aware of the concerns that *** and *** have provided and we have been in talks with them from the date of install to this point. We do stand behind our contract and the fact that we installed what was signed for but are willing to discuss a compensation. We have left them a voice mail and will continue to work with together in attempt to come to an agreement.

We were delighted with the product and service from Mad City. The crew were professional and very pleasant, and the company was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. This was an excellent experience.

Clean, professional and friendly. Will definitely be using them again to finish the windows in my home.

Best window and company to install technicians are well skilled and friendly would absolutely recommend to anyone sales people are great as well thank you mad city awesome job

Great job was fast and very nice crews

Do not believe Mad City's offer of a "Free Dinner Gift Card" when offered with a complimentary in-home estimate that Mad City is advertising on TV and in their advertising flyer's. Received a quotation and was promised (twice) they were sending Dinner Gift card. Still have note received Gift Card over 6 weeks later - false and misleading advertising. Went with another contractor that possessed a higher ethical standard.

We had a great experience. The representative was super responsive and the person who came to review our options was very professional and helpful. The installer was fantastic and had been doing this for more than 20 years. Top-notch job!

Mad City Windows did a great job. They were fast and efficient. All workers were great. Warranty is great and window looks awesome. Great job

The install went really smooth and the finished product looks good. The installers were very communicative and professional and they cleaned up any mess that they made. They called to let me know when they were on their way.
