We are so glad we went with Mad City for our windows. Our service representative, Eric B, was very knowledgeable about the various types of windows and very patient as he took us through an excellent briefing of what was available to us. Our windows were professionally installed and are wonderfully secure and very nice looking. After comparing the quality of our windows and the cost with other manufacturers in the state we are confident we got the best deal possible. We would not hesitate to recommend Mad City windows to anybody.

Very happy with our new window

Absolutely love the windows. We can open and close the windows with ease. Installation was great, no more drafts and they actually lock. Awesome products.

Outstanding price, work, service.

We replaced our windows in two phases for budgeting purposes. First we did the upstairs windows in 2016. Then this year we knew the downstairs ones had to be done before winter. Our master bathroom tub was also in bad shape and we got an estimate for a walk in shower. We decided to go with both. Both jobs were scheduled for the same day which I would not recommend. It was just too much for one day. Do yourself a favor and only schedule one project at a time. The crew for the shower install was absolutely amazing! Each step of the way we were updated and asked to come view the progress. They were very professional and efficient. The window crew this time around was not up to par compared to one from 2016. They only had two people working and the job size required at least 3. It ended up having to be completed a few days later due to weather but this was OK. When the crew came back, a manager came along with additional people and made up for the inconvenience.
The customer service and the quality of the products are excellent. From the initial in-home estimate, to the second measurement appointment, to the install- I would highly recommend MadCity Windows & Bath.

Mad City was willing to negotiate with me and made it affordable on a budget. The work was done in a timely manner and they made sure that my bathroom was cleaner after they left then when they arrived. The installer was very professional and worked around my schedule. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my experience with Mad City!

Mad City Windows did good work .. came on time and done about the time they said it would be done .. window looks great ..thank you

I've had all my windows done by these guys. No one would even give me a quote for my basement window except for these guys. They are the most professional guys in town. They come in, perform the job, and are out all in one day. Windows are all high quality, custom, lifetime warranty and look fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Buyers beware. After being approached at a movie theater by a representative, we scheduled an appointment for a quote. They told me to expect a call within an hour to confirm the appointment we scheduled. They did call within the hour and I confirmed the appointment.
The next day, they called me four times and texted me twice within 5 hours while I was at work. The calls came from three different numbers (which may just mean they have three different phones from which they call from, but it still made me a little nervous). I answered the fourth call just to get them to stop calling...the purpose was to reconfirm what we already confirmed.
The next morning, I called to cancel the appointment because I wasn't comfortable with the level of pressure they already exhibited over a free quote. I called one of the numbers and there was no answer...the call just hung up on itself. That made me more suspicious. I tried one of the other numbers and reached a voicemail that did say Mad City Windows, and I left a voicemail cancelling the appointment. In the message, I explained why I was cancelling and said specifically, "Do NOT send anyone to my house tonight."
Unfortunately, it gets worse from here. A young man showed up at our home anyway. I told him that I left a voicemail cancelling the appointment that morning. He said he was never told of the voicemail. I explained to him that I cancelled because I wasn't comfortable with the level of pressure they showed, including all the calls, over a free quote. He said, and I quote... "Well, my sales technique isn't based on pressure at all, and I DID drive a little way to get here, if I could just come in you can still get the free dinner for two..." I cut him off at that point and said we were not interested, apologized for the inconvenience, and told him to take care.
Unfortunately, it gets even worse from here. Within three minutes, we received a call from them. My girlfriend answered the call out of frustration and the woman who called us argued with her. I'm pretty non-conflict-oriented because I understand people have jobs to do. I took over on the phone call and calmly REexplained why we cancelled the appointment.
First...she tried to guilt trip and bribe me, saying the guy drove all the way from Madison, and we can still get $50 for dinner if we let him in. I said no. She then said that they never got any calls this morning. I told her that I tried one number and got no answer, but tried another number and left a voicemail. She tried saying that they answer their calls 24/7 and they never got any calls. (BEWARE...NOW SHE STARTED LYING, HUGE RED FLAG. It's a window company...there's no way they have 24/7 answering service to begin with, and...I called TWO different numbers with no answer.)
She then said, "Well, I mean, you DID confirm the appointment, do you understand our view?"
I responded again saying that I LEFT A VOICEMAIL, it's no longer my issue. She needs to check voicemails. At this point, she became spiteful and rude, saying (quote), "Again, you CONFIRMED the appointment, and then you're leaving voicemails on random phone numbers..."
I cut her off at that point and got stern, telling her I wasn't interested before and now I will never be interested in their service. She then said rudely, "Well I hope you have a merry Christmas anyway."
I'm in awe of just how embarrassingly inappropriate this company is. They appear to he a real company, but I will certainly NEVER allow them into my house to check out our home's entry points. They made me nervous, were pushy, argumentative, called me a liar, and were unprofessional.
Please...do not allow this company in your home. I am suspicious of their intentions now and appalled at their disregard for basic professionalism and respect.

We are really happy with our new windows and front door! The sales person was professional and easy to deal with. Same with the guy that came to take the measurements. Lastly, the crew that came to install the windows and door worked efficiently, removing all our old windows and installing the new ones, all in one day. They did a great job, including the finishing details and clean up. We would definitely recommend Mad City Windows!

We recently purchased 2 patio doors from Madcity. Good price, good quality, one-day installation. Overall would definitely recommend to others.

Our bathroom remodel from tub to walk in shower turned out beautiful. Working with everyone from mad city baths was very easy to do. They took care of everything from financing, permits, tare down, installation, plumbing and disposal. Everything and everyone we're great to work with.

NEGOTIATION PROCESS
This was the only part of our project that could’ve gone better. Rather than giving us a grossly inflated price, then whittling it down with endless cuts via discounts and promotions, we would’ve preferred a realistic price from the start and negotiated from there. As it was, we ended up going back and forth for days, until the price had been reduced by almost 50%. We understand this is a psychological ploy to make us feel like we got a good deal, but it’s a waste of time on people who have undergone dozens of home-improvement projects.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Mike is the best project manager we’ve ever worked with by far—great at communication and covering every detail, no matter how small. He and his staff were always friendly, and Mike was responsive to all our issues and requests, sometimes even anticipating and addressing them before we could bring something up. He guided us through what would happen at each stage and took dozens of photos to show our house before, during, and after construction. Despite unforeseen damage to our roof that wasn’t accounted for in the estimate, Mad City honored the contract, and Mike ensured the quality of materials and construction was as professional as if we had paid for the extra time and supplies.
CONSTRUCTION
The length of time for construction took longer than expected, but it’s understandable with how busy the industry is as a whole. The staff did a wonderful job installing both our roof and siding. They also took great care in maintaining our landscaping, and their cleanup was nearly immaculate. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use Mad City on future projects.

We had 2 bathrooms installed about 2 years apart. Very happy with the work and product, and no more mold !!!

I had all my windows replaced. From the first sales person to the people installing, they showed up as stated. Completed the job and where very friendly. Had a few issues with some of the windows, called and they promptly sent someone out, ordered parts and got it taken care of. Am happy with the service.

Awesome estimator
Very helpful and friendly customer service
Installers were fast and professional

We had been thinking about doing new windows for a couple of years but never thought the time was right. I am so happy that Mad City Windows and Bath stopped by and provided us information. We set up an appointment to discuss our window options and ordered them right away. When it came to the installation process, the installers were very professional and extremely friendly. They cleaned up so well after they left, you didn't even know that they were there. My new windows are phenominal and can't wait for summer to be able to open them without having to use the cranks!

Very professional and easy to work with.
Completed 2 projects on time and cleaned up space after. Would recommend to anyone.

Expert siding installation! Big job got bigger, and they still met their timeline! Once the old siding was removed we discovered major damage to the underlying wood. Mad City’s team of extreme professionals went to work to remove and replace all the rotted wood. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it, in the most effective and efficient manner. The workmen and women maintained a very tidy workspace. Now I have a beautiful home with reduced energy bills and jealous neighbors because our home looks amazing! Thank you, Mad City!

Very rude customer service and cussing at me. The sales manager was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. I will never ever use their service ever ever ever! It doesn't deserve any stars but their making me put one to continue.
