Mad City did a great job from start to finish on our window install job. Great people to work with. The install crew was timely, cleanly, and super friendly

We had 2 outside doors installed and all of the windows in the sunroom at our cottage. The work was done professionally the end product looks phenomenal! The workers were extremely hard-working and very skilled. We couldn't be happier with the end product. We use our sunroom all of the time now.

Had them replace 3 crank out windows. Came out right away for an estimate and scheduled install in a reasonable time. Install crew was great and cleaned up everything. We had an issue with one of the windows not being exactly what we expected but a supervisor came out right away and worked with us to resolve the problem. Great service!

From start to finish my experience with Mad City windows was excellent, from calling to get an appointment for estimate, for measurement of windows and installation. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient. The windows were in stalled in one day with all the old windows and site cleaned. The windows look great. I am very happy with the entire procedure. From start to finish was 6 weeks.

Our house was built in 1918 and had original windows throughout, it was a huge energy drain and in fact some of them we couldn’t even get open! Mad City gave us a very thorough estimate and overview and we decided to redo every window. The customer service was outstanding, any issue was immediately addressed and dealt with, we were informed of every step along the way and really enjoyed the personal care the display for their customers. Installation was very organized and professional, they were able to install all windows in 2 days, we had leaded glass in some windows and it was a relief to have Mad City take care of disposal for us. Our house is air tight with our new windows, you can feel what a huge difference they make in the house. Finally, they just look so darn nice, we have had so many compliments from neighbors and family and we are always glad to share our great experience with Mad City windows with them!

The Mad City installers arrived promptly, worked proficiently and efficiently. They were very polite and did a complete job. The Mad City inspector noticed a small flaw in the patio door seal (something that we hadn't noticed) and ordered a new panel. When it came in he arranged to do the replacement. Great product, great service, good price. We will use Mad City again when we need to do replacement.

The work done was exquisite and the cleanup was flawless. The overall project was a huge success and I highly recommend this company for any work you need done with your bathroom.

We chose Mad City to replace our bathtub. The sales guy gave an excellent presentation on why they were the best option to go with for a tub. It was a bit more on the pricey side; but they made sure to get the price down as much as possible with the deals that were available. The workers were punctual and very professional when working on our tub. If they needed clarification on something they made sure to ask. The tub was finished within one day and works very well. We really are happy with our decision.

Project Scope: Removal of an existing whirlpool bathtub and installation of shower in its place. The completed project is good overall. You must be aware that the work is being performed by various contractors whom likely have done multiple previous projects, and you will be asked to sign off on approval paperwork as soon as it is done. Some time after the work was done, several electrical outlets in an adjacent room were found not working. Later, a licensed electrician found a 3-wire cable in the wall that had been cut clean through as if struck by a sawzall or similar tool. It is because of this oversight that a 3-Star rating is being given. You must also inspect the trim work of your project, for scratches or other defects that may occur during installation. I did in good faith attempt to contact the person whom sent the invite to post a review of this project, and there was no response.

I would like to tell you my experience, we purchased a special order patio door and front window. When they came to put it in they noticed that the patio door was bigger then the opening so they proceeded to cut our walls to try and make it fit. They in the process cut the opening too big so they also cut our siding. Then they tried to put the door in which is NOT the door we ordered. We did not order a patio door that is 4 different colors, but we had no choice but to take it because they had already pulled the old one out and it was ruined. We have hated this door from the time we seen it. I have asked for a different door but they keep putting me off. They did a very bad job installing both the front window and the patio door, they put caulk at least an inch wide instead of installing the J channel back on. I have dealt with at least 7 or 8 people that work there and I usually can't even get them to call me back. The people that have come to see the work said they can't believe how bad it is. I have asked them would they like this done on their house and everyone of them said no. Looking to get this taken care of. Thanks

Windows are expensive but worth the money. Installers were fast and clean. One cracked and a torn screen which were repaired quickly.

They arrived on time and were very professional. Did the work and cleaned up the area. Would use them again. Windows look great.

From the initial sit down with Terry to the installation Mad City was professional, courteous, and on time. The installers took care of our flooring by laying tarps down and even made sure our dog didn't get out as they came in/out of the house. We LOVE our new windows. Not only did it upgrade our home the we hear less noise from outside. Can't wait for winter to see how much our heating bill decreases.

We updated our fiberglass shower to acrylic. Mad city was very friendly over the phone and in person. They had lots of options to choose from and install team was very friendly and exceptional cleanup.
