Wonderful sales rep, wonderful installer. Sales rep and installer answered all of my questions. Great looking windows!

These windows will make a huge difference in energy use for heating and cooling. They have the best windows I could find anywhere, though the one downside is they don't come cheap. Their sales and installation people are also great: on time, kind, courteous, professional. If you can save up some money, I would highly recommend them.

We had MadCity Windows install our new bath tub and shower combo and could not be happier! The transformation was quick, all getting done in just one day! Workers were professional and CLEAN! They updated me on their status regularly and cleaned up after themselves. They also left a brand new tube of caulk for us to also use when we redid the flooring to ensure that everything was top notch. We’re still in awe of how nice the bathroom looks. The upkeep is so simple and the material is easy to clean. Highly recommended!

Very efficient with the instillation of my 8' window. When the installer left everything was spotless.

I do not recommend Mad City for bathroom work. We ordered our new shower in April. It's now August and it's still a incomplete mess. We're waiting to get scheduled for our THIRD redo of this project.
The shower base first installed was wrong size. The shower door was not what we ordered and the installer left the water valve open resulting in water pouring through the walls ruining the bathroom directly below this one.
Everyone we work with seems to all of a sudden "leave the company" and we always get stuck with someone new.
I just want this project done with and never to hear from this company again.

Do not believe the salesman. He/she is going to tell you anything to make a sale. I was promised a specific type of shower control assembly, but it was not installed. Eventually I did get what was promised, but was told the salesman was not authorized to promise that. Also promised mold free caulking (that is, never molds) but we have mold a week later. Promised no subcontractors, but they did have subcontractors. Make sure you get every tiny point the glib salesperson promises down on paper if you do business with these folks.
When the installer was finished there were two undetected problems. One was a leak where the plumbing broke a seal on the cold water lead below the cutoff valve. Sent a plumber out who fixed that but was very hard to make contact with them on a Saturday. Then had to call the plumber to come back. Installer did not hook up the floor drain; any water just ran into our basement. He had left a 4 inch gap in the piping. In fairness, they fixed the problems and rebuilt a damaged wall and ceiling but this was an egregious error.
Finally, if something goes wrong on a weekend, good luck contacting anyone to complain to. In the end its a nice shower, but is it worth 5 figures? Not really, IMO.

I loved the windows themselves, the triple-pane is so clear and keeps out the elements and even a lot of sound, plus the double life-time warranty is a big plus. Other than the actual windows, I was not crazy impressed.... I had heard a lot of great things about Mad City from other people who had their whole houses done so I was excited, but I did not have a similar experience. It was winter in WI when we were having our windows replaced, so we knew it would be cold, however we were rescheduled two different times, which was difficult since we had to take the day off of work each time just to have the appointment canceled. The third time the installer called to reschedule the day of the install and I tried to cancel the purchase, which I think is the only reason anyone even came out. It took three guys 9 hours to replace two windows that were in the same room. They didn't clean up outside, and they trampled my gutter downspouts so we had to replace them. We were also sold on the windows that once installed everything would be the same as when we ordered them, however they did not use the same trim, and used unfinished trim so we had to try to paint it while it was on the wall. We did call and complain about the install and the techs and were advised that they were sub-contractors, not actual Mad City Installers. Someone from Mad City did come out and look at the job, then offered to give us a break on the price because of the unsatisfactory job, however once we mailed in the check for the remaining balance someone from Mad City called us to try to collect the balance, which was the discount amount we were promised. As I said - the windows are amazing - but that's where it stops. The scheduling, installation, install crew and communication between the people at Mad City left quite a bit to be desired. We started with just 2 windows because it was already over $3000 and we wanted to make sure this was a quality product and we were going to get what we were sold on before committing to the whole house. We did not contact Mad City to do any other windows in our house after this experience.

We initially were in contact with Mad City to replace our tub and shower surround but decided to hold off on that. We ended up working with Mad City to replace our front bay window, sliding patio door and a kitchen in the window and they were great. The quoting process was very easy and they worked with us on what we could afford to have done at this time. The delivery was as expected as far as timeframe. The installation exceeded our expectations! The install crew was very quick and respectful to our home and cleaned up everything before they left. There were two latches missing during delivery/install but they were in stock the following week and they sent a guy out to install. We would recommend at least talking with Mad City about your window or bath needs.

They did a shower redo which was excellent. Complete with seat, grab bars and non-slip base. Lots more room to move around in.

Smooth, quick installation of windows. We had three new windows installed. They cleaned up after themselves and took old windows with them which was a bonus! Would highly recommend to others.

I had them come out for an estimate. They had a promo for an amazon card of $100. I am still waiting on the amazon card. High pressure sales during the presentation on 6/16. I have had two surgeries since and they have yet sent me my amazon card even though I have contacted them. I was promised they would get back to me. Still NOTHING. Be careful of their gimmicks!

Windows are great quality and super easy to open. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Installers were super nice and knew what they were doing. No mess to clean up when they were done. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my new bath remodel. I especially love that it can be cleaned with Dawn dish soap and still look brand new after 6 months!

The installer was fast and friendly. I work from home and he was courteous and tried to keep the noise to a minimum.
