I began searching for Windows for my condo late summer 2019. Should you search the internet, you will be swamped with window companies wanting to provide quotes. The interviews lasted from a few minutes, ( $ amounts written on a note pad, but must buy today), to 2 hour presentations! Revdex.com ratings ranged from “F” to “A+”. After many interviews, I chose Mad City Windows. They took the time to explain the product, instillation, finances, and a Revdex.com “A+”. After 2 months I gave them the order....i.e. no high pressure sales. Instillation was professional and efficiently performed. I will finish the remaining windows

I like the fact that they tore out all my old plumbing and redid everything so I don't have to worry about leaks. My old tub had all the plumbing above the floor so it was all cut out and redone for no extra charge so that I could have a walk in and not have to go up 2 steps to get into my shower. I also like how it was all done in a day.

We are very happy with our Mad City Custom shower renovation. Everyone from the office staff to the salesman to the installers were professional, informative, prompt, and efficient.

We needed some windows replaced and a few other companies never got back to us. Mad City replied right away and was over quickly to give a detailed presentation of our options and an estimate. We got a discount for booking on the spot and our windows were in quickly. Every employee that we encountered was VERY professional, proficient and respectful of our space. We would absolutely hire them again.

It was time to remodel our bathroom. We ended up choosing Mad City because we liked what we saw. We put in a new soaker tub and shower. We Love it. Was all done in one day. Would recommend Mad City to others.

I was happy until installation. After installation the customer service was awful. After weeks I had to call the sales center and ask for a number so that I could actually get help. I was finally able to get assistance with a repair that was needed but it has yet to be fixed. I submitted a service request the last week of May. It was lost. I finally got ahold of a person on June 15th. She was able to help me with my service request, which I am still waiting on having done (it is July 5th). I do understand that this takes time so I am not upset about the wait.
I had also left concerns about safety measures that were taken during the pandemic. The salesman was good but the installers were not. They did not even address it and there were multiple people in my home. I was told that someone would call me about this and some other concerns. That has yet to happen. I also overheard talk about getting done early which doesn't make me feel great about installation. I do understand that if a job doesn't take as long as expected it can be exciting but they need to be thoughtful of the consumer.
I was told that they are extremely busy right now. Well, maybe it isn't a good time to have a sale because you are just going to get busier and not treat customers appropriately. I hope this experience can be rectified. I do have the original service request with my concerns if someone from the company would like to read it and add

Mad City replaced our old, no longer usable shower with a new, clean, and completely sealed shower. It looks great! We have an old house, and Mad City was able to accommodate the unique layout of the bathroom. Thanks to Mad City Windows & Baths for working with us to make our bathroom operable again!

So pleased with Mad City Windows and Bath! They installed a new walk in shower for us that is beautiful and safe for us older people. Their salesperson was very informative, allowed us to ask questions and have input into our plan. The workers were on time and completed it in one day! It is just beautiful and we are so happy. We were looking to replace some windows. The salesman was super pushy. When trying to cancel instead of just accepting our written cancellation which was in the contract - they also sent a sales manager upon cancellation who arbitrarily started listing off lower prices at $2,000 increments. When I asked for the actual unit price of the windows he responded with, “our company doesn’t give us that information - it’s usually just packages”. What professional company does not convey the breakdown cost of goods and services to their client let alone their employees who are trying to sell the product? I’m so very confused how they are still rated “A+” by Revdex.com.

Very happy from start to finish, great customer service as well as the installation crew. New window was everything we expected.

I got two exterior doors and a storm door. I am in love with the quality and look of these doors. They were on the more expensive side but the sales person worked with me to find the most affordable option. I feel at ease in knowing these doors are of the highest quality and a warranty to back them up!

Pushy unreasonable creepy salesman. Unable to contact him after sale was completed. Caulking around windows not finished. Talked into items we weren’t interested.

The one thing we wanted was to get our shower area done in one day and they did. It looks professionally done and the guys did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
