I would recommend Mad City to anyone. They are very professional. Answered any and all questions that I had. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They clean up after themselves so nicely that you wouldn't even know they had just replaced every window in my home. If you need windows you should call them!!

Mad City Windows relaxed all of our windows in one day. The workers were very professional and cleaned up very well once everything was completed. The windows have a lifetime warranty and transfers to the next owner which is really nice and worth the money.

The person who installed our window is really friendly, and he was on time. They installed our two big windows really nice and it really helps a lot during winter it stops the cold a lot better than our last window.

We had them install a shower and patio door for us on two separate occasions. Both times we’ve been extremely satisfied with the work from start to finish. They sold us on a great product, install was super easy and they worked with us and follow-up has been seamless.

We replaced our bathtub and surround. Mad City did an excellent job! They were all very friendly, thorough and professional, from the installer, Sales Rep and office personnel. We absolutely love our new tub/shower. I am definitely a convert from ceramic tile to their surround material ... it's very easy to maintain.

We went to a local home show where they had a booth. We gathered some information and signed up to have someone come to out house and tell us about their windows. The sales guy was on time and very knowledgeable. We had all our windows replaced. The windows were replaced in April 2020. The installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. We had a couple minor issues with the windows after they were installed. I called right away and they sent someone out and got everything fixed up. We are very happy with our new windows.

I really love the windows. They have a locking mechanism that lets you keep them open a few inches for fresh air, without fear of someone getting in, a transferable lifetime warranty, and are easy to clean. The crew that installed them were very friendly and knowledgeable. No mess was left behind. I would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with my experience with Mad City Windows and Baths. for the installation of an exterior door. I felt that they were genuinely concerned for my safety with my previous door and were able to get me set up with my new door in a timely manner, even during the coronavirus pandemic. Highly recommend their services!

They did an excellent job from bid to remodel on our two bathrooms (replaced 70-year old tubs with a tub shower unit and a walk-in shower) and replacing 13 windows (including a large set of floor to ceiling picture windows). We had them replace our front set of three floor to ceiling picture windows with their largest picture window center and flanked by two screened windows. Now we can open the windows when there is a breeze! The Livingroom is now flooded with light and you can see the scenery. It feels like I'm in a movie theater when I look out the window now. And better yet...no more leaky plumbing, tiles popping off the walls and "get-you-by" fixes to just take a shower! We chose acrylic surrounds that have the silver shield infusion. Very easy to clean. They did a great job. Check them out!

We went to a home show months ago and spoke to a rep there. We then had a quote for our small corner shower and found the sales person to be wonderful. He wanted to make sure we were comfortable with this investment in our home. The shower is great, the installation person was wonderful. We then had Mad City come for a quote on some windows that have been a problem and two sliding glass doors. Same sales person, again very understanding and personable. Again, did not want us to take on too much, and wanted to be sure we were comfortable taking on this investment in our home. The installation crew for our new windows and doors were great. They communicated well with each other and were great at explaining how the new features work on our new additions. We will certainly call them out again if we have other projects they are able to do. We have had some very poor experiences with other companies but have been VERY HAPPY with the work and people we have dealt with at Mad City.

Easy and smooth process, very professional and cleaned up the work site great. No trace left behind but my new windows... that I love.

We are extremely pleased with the Mad City experience. The windows are fantastic, kept the heat out this summer and I'm hoping for the same with the cold this winter. The installation was seamless and the installers were friendly and efficient. The price was more than we were planning on paying, but so far it was worth it.
