Reviewing my credit card, I found a charge through this company for a magazine I did not order After an email and two phone calls, I FINALLY got my full refund They said it was an automatic renewal of a previous order That is untrue! I did get my money back, but don't think this company is on the up and up

I ordered TV guide on from magazine discount center, it has yet to be deliveredI sent an email inquiring on status on 4/ [redacted] 4/ [redacted] and again on 4/**I have not been contacted at all with the status of my orderAt this point my year subscription will be up before I even receive it!!

I accidentally ordered from them, not realizing at first that it was not the magazine's site until I saw the order confirmation with a much higher rate than I had seen from the magazine itselfDiscount? rightAnyway, I immediately, within moments, requested a cancellationThen I did it again with a formally logged in customer service requestI got a ticket number, but never a resolutionThe phone number they advertise no longer takes customer service questions and refers you back to the non-responsive websiteI finally looked on my checking account and found a different phone number associated with the charge, which I calledThe automated service supposedly has cancelled my order and I will watch for a creditThis company is deceptive, non-responsive and not a discount as they advertiseIt borders on being criminal They should not be in business

I had received a Time renewal subscription in the mailIt suggested that to save the planet I should renew online, which I promptly did
The links sent me to the Magazine Discount Center which did not provide the cost of renewal until after I renewed! The cost was $more than if I had renewed by snail mail
I guess that is the cost of "going green"!
