I write in response to the inquiry registered with your office by consumer *** ***We genuinely regret the inconvenience that *** *** experienced regarding his magazine subscriptions, and have attempted to resolve his concerns
Our records show that *** *** placed an order for Entrepreneur, Forbes, Food & Wine, Men’s Health and Time, when he accepted our promotional offer, which was presented by Magazine Discount Center. This offer allowed him to receive the first days of his subscription risk freeThe offer also provided that his subscriptions would automatically continue following the initial term and that the same credit card would be charged if he did not call us to cancel. In addition, it is our policy that customers who wish to cancel may do so at any time by calling our toll-free customer service number, which is provided on our renewal notice and also on the customer’s billing statement with each charge On November **, 2016, *** *** contacted our customer service center and cancelled his subscriptions to Entrepreneur and Forbes, generating a full refund in the total amount of $to his account *** *** contacted our customer service again on December *, 2016, and cancelled his subscriptions to Food & Wine, Time and Men’s HealthPlease note his account was not charged *** *** can be assured that his subscriptions have been cancelled and all charges have been refunded. Also, *** *** may continue to receive one or two more issues of his magazines since they were in process at the time of cancellationHe may keep these with our compliments

This company is very very shadyI ordered a magazine subscription last year (Infisherman) and a few weeks ago, I see a $charge on my credit card for InfishermanWhat? Wait! I did not authorize that charge nor did I request a renewalAnd the fact that they charged $(a two year subscription doesn't even cost that!) sent me over the edgeI contacted customer service via email and heard nothing within the 3-business days time frame the site said it takes for someone to get in touch with youEmailed them again as well as Infisherman and then finally heard a responseThey didn't provide an explanation (I asked what the $charge was actually for even though I didn't authorize it) and said they would credit my card backThe email from them and Infisherman said I might receive one or two more issues as their gift to meI checked my credit card and they only credited me back $instead of the $they charged meI am calling my credit card to dispute the original $chargeThe customer service number they gave me in the email *** to call if I had questions, is really not a customer service number! It says phone support has been discontinued and that they only support a media platformVery misleading and very shadyI would not recommend anyone buy from them and I hope that someone takes legal action against them as what they are doing is not proper business

I was charged 4 times for transactions I never approved. I saw it the next day and immediately contacted them and PayPal where the money was withdrawn from. After 5 emails that I sent to them their final email said they never charged me and I need to send them my bank statements to prove they charged me. (I don't feel comfortable giving these people anything) However this was after them saying they were going to cancel the charges. I feel this company is scamming people and they are unwilling to even work or look into fake charges or unauthorized access. If you ever see this pop up on your card immediately cancel your card and never even go to their site!

Magazine Discount Center is a total FRAUD. I ordered a magazine and it was never delivered. I asked for a refund, provided my CC billing statement, and was just told they could not find the order, in spite of clearly billing me. Calling and e-mail is just a waste of time...………..

They took my money and did not deliver the magazine. When I inquired about status, they promised it would be soon. 6 weeks later, nothing.
Stay away from them, they are crooks.

Magazine Subscription was with Magazine Discount Center, original order number was [redacted].I originally cancelled subscription on5/**/14 and was told my credit card  would be credited $34.83, this did not happen.On 4/**/15 credit card was charged $43, this happened without prior notice and after cancelation the previous year.I have canceled once again and have been offered a partial refund. I am requesting full refund and consideration for 2014 cancelation that was not followed through on by Magazine Discount Center.

Unhelpful on the phone when I tried to resolve an issue. I asked for a call back and they stated the only way that Customer Assistance would help me was by e-mail.

 Tried doing this in the past. No luck. Would rather this company be pinged for unethical business behavior. I tried for 3 months trying to get this resolved. It's not till I sicked the Revdex.com on them they decided to half way care.
