this seems to be attributed to something beyond Magazine Discount Center.  We follow all PCI compliance procedures in regards to encryption. Is it possible that this customer purchased on another website the days leading up to his purchase on Magazine Discount Center? Did he purchase anything at a store? Maybe his computer was compromised.  In regards to Matt, I am very sorry this customer had a negative experience – Matt has been with us for years and has always been an exceptional customer service rep. Is it possible that this customer’s cell phone/or phone service had an echo?  Customer service says allow them 5-7 business days for a response regarding the status of my order. Since they NEVER responded to ANY of the 3 emails I sent. I do not have much faith in them at this point, therefore, until I receive a definite answer from them I am not satisfied with there current response.
