It was previously expressed to the tenants that we are not required to provide any such documentation to any of our tenants as this is private investor information that cannot be sharedWe have strong analytic teams in place that are committed to reviewing the surrounding markets that help determine true market values for each of our homesWe remain confident in our decision and are actively working with the tenant to resolve their dispute and hope to reach a mutual decision regarding their renewal

Our Resident Care Support Team contacted and discussed the timeline for repairs and all issues have been resolved

We do not provide pictures of the home after our repair resident has been given a move out calculation document to support our findingHe is discussing how the home was when he took ownership and we have agreed and removed charges for cleaning but charges for pet ordor will remain and this is what the resident is disputing.I know this has been closed but we wanted to provide more info on what we have done with our consumer Please let me know if you have any questionsThank you! I have been renting from this company for yearsThey go in and out of being efficientI have had 4+ water pipes burst and now two years of HVAC problemsThis time I have been sitting for now days and it is not fixedI have called and called and can never get anyone with a clue on the phoneYou submit requests online and it takes weeks to get them done if you don't have to call them to get it doneThe only people worth their pay in the Atlanta office is Chad and SharonNo one else returns calls and even with this HVAC problem and it being almost outside I call and they act confused every single time I call"Did you submit your request online"No I called last night and they submitted the request! It was afternoon yesterday for the first guy to show and I called at midnight and had to call again at noonThe guy didn't fix it and I called last night at 8:30, it is 4:p.mand I still have NO AIRThey hire inadequate construction teams that don't show up on time EVERThey try to take short cuts and charge Main Street for the full deal, when they get caught they lieof courseDuring one of the pipe issues I had to prove to the office that I was telling the truthThe guy didn't know what he was doing and needless to say I was rightAll in all I wish I could leave, I am only here because of the school districtAfter I signed my last lease our house was almost broken intoI called them and it took over a week to even get my back door fixed where someone tried to jimmy it openI asked to get out of my new lease, no, I asked them to install security lights in the backA month later and still nothing and the new lease STILL hasn't even started

I have reviewed this issue with the branch and have been assured that one of our vendors, Critter Control, was at the property on 6/19 to remove the rodent. Additionally, it is my understanding that you met with our Branch Manager and Customer Service Manager on 6/19 and a $200 has been issued... to your tenant ledger. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: please provide pictures; Manager for Houston location has refused to provide pictures showing stain in dining room as well as wallsTouch up paint used was provided by management company, left in garage and physically pointed out to be used upon move inPlease verify number of screens damagedThere were only TWO damaged - these are the lower panels of two exterior window screens in living roomThe Houston Manager also verified with us via phone that only two screens were damaged yet they are duplicated on check list by charging them as living room screens and exterior screens yet they are the same screens Again, please provide pictures to show separate screens damaged if this is the case, though I believe it should only be two and there seems to be a duplication on the checklistPlease also provide pictures of red stains on window sill in dining room Regards, [redacted]
