The Resident reported issues with communication regarding their notice to vacate and renewal offer.  Our Resident Care Support Team contacted the Resident and reached an agreement to renew with Main Street Renewal.

We have received notification of the issue. The details have been submitted to our Resident Services Team and the customer will be contacted within 2 business days.   We understand your issue(s) and will be reviewing the following:    1. Maintenance Issues (AC Repair)

However, I do need these items removed from ALL 3 of the credit bureaus (Transunion, Equifax and Experian). When should I expect the credit bureaus to be contacted regarding these items being removed?

I am rejecting this response because:Carpets were professionally cleaned and receipt was provided.  Issue of odor was never on the original reply we reckon June.  House reaked of smoke when we first moved in and we noted this initially.  Gutters were cleaned, bushes were trimmed, and limbs in backyard were there when we moved in as noted during our move-in inspection and provided pictures.  Request specific information on what drywall was repaired since there was pre-existing damage as noted in videos and pictures that was never properly repaired.  Request a specific list of what was repaired, cleaned, etc. to compare against original move-in checklist, original repair requests, and evidence we have provided.

I am rejecting this response because: We did accept the offer for 1 months rent back, but we as customers are not satisfied. We accepted it because it was better than their insulting first offer of $400, but in no way does this come close to anything we are actually happy with. We were just tired of having to go back and forth.  Mainstreet Renewal did us no favors and we will do them no favors. If we get back lash from this on our move out inspection and refundable deposit we will be putting in another claim for that as well. I hope everyone figures out how crappy this company is!!!!  Also, the roaches are already starting to come back! Thank goodness we are moving out. I just feel sorry for the next family that has to go through this.

However, I'm waiting on MSR VP [redacted]l return call on March 17 2015 more specific Landscape repaired construction trenches repaired compacted end of house all dirt improved with stone. Roof inspected - stain on shingles. All backfield trenches repaired by Contractor/MSR to prevent major erosion from seasonal rains. And $1,045 April's rent credited not due next rent due May 1 st. This is fair for I have emailed over 100 emails and photos with repairs and other issues and about 80 hours of time communicating and typeing emails and all the Stress  [redacted]

Re:  Complaint ID [redacted]   Ms. Major was informed via email on 03/16/2016 that the move-out charges were accurately calculated based on pictures of home after Ms. Major moved out. After review and deliberation of the residents complaint we were able to conclude that due to a processing error made by the last landlord we would uphold the lease at the rate promised until end of lease contract date. When advising the resident of our findings she concluded that she was very satisfied with our outcome of resolving her complaint.

before we even met with a manager to resolve this problem. In the end, we paid the other half of the rent, the late fees were taken off, and a 25% discount was offered for one month.
