I just applied for a home that was for rent by MSR that was supposed to be $a monthIt was advertised in all of the listings, Zillow, Homes for Rent, Craigslist for $I have screenshots that I took of this because I had sent the ads to my husband to look atWhen I applied and paid our application fee for the specific house on their website it also stated the price per month was $A while later I went back to the MSR website and the price per month had been changed to $a month I contacted someone at their office to ask about it and was told that there are a lot of scams on these listing sites and that their website is correct at $The problem is I would have never applied for that price because that is higher than we want to payI feel as though they raised the price to see if they could get someone to pay more since the house isn't available yetOr, they were hoping to get some more money out of the dealBut, we won't be doing business with this company so it appears we were just scammed out of $

Our Resident Care Support Team contacted the resident regarding their maintenance concernsAt this time all of the Resident’s concerns are have been addressed

They are horrible to rent from Never return calls or fix issues and they keep security deposit at the end of the lease period even if you leave the home immaculate

Our Resident Support Team contacted the resident on August 5, The resident will be receiving an email from Main Street Renewal with additional information

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I still to this date, have not heard from MainStreet Renewal about my concernsI have no missed calls, no voicemails, no attempt to make contact with meThe repairs needed in this complaint have still not been addressed, I cannot even get someone on the phone to discuss lease termsI am not sure what I have done to be treated with such disrespect, other than make every payment to MStreet on time and in-full, and I have taken care of the property to the best of my abilitySo, yes I am rejecting this response from the company as it is the same response as the 1st attempt and the same result Regards, [redacted]

I moved in to a main street renewal property in goodletville tn on April 29,there was busted water pipes in the walls and we were left with gaint holes in the wall the maintance guy left it half patched up the next morning we woke to water poured in the basement leaking on the washer and dryer so I called the maintance guy who told me to pit a bucked under it because he didnt have time so my husband had to fix it and than we called Paul the manger said he would get would get on it by the way he took another month to get it done and not are windows are falling out due to the water pouring in and the black mold is growing on the wall and the black ants are coming in by the thousands and not to mention the holes in the kitchen and smell is horriable they wont fix anything, please help were stay sick and and now were dealing with headaces and sickness due to the mold and due to leak we can not open the doors because there falling out aslo
