I am currently researching the situation with the branch and customer service managers in [redacted] I will respond back to you no later than 5:p.mcentral on Wednesday, January 14th.Thank you, [redacted]

I have spoken with Mr [redacted] and we are working through the issues offline This should be resolved no later than 6/2/

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have received no communication from themI called their office once again yesterday and was give different work order numbers and was told someone would contact me 24-hours Regards, [redacted]

I have sent an email to [redacted] informing her that I will be working to resolve the outstanding refund and will be her contact for additional concerns

This tenant is pending eviction All issues will be addressed and dealt with during the proceeding

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the refund did not come in the mail in a time frame that suggests they sent it on October 1stIt just came yesterday on the October 13thI looked at the USPS stamp that gives me proof that it was mailed on the 6th, not the 1stThis morning I finally received my deposit, though it was not the whole deposit and there is no way for me to verify the things they claim had to be taken out of the deposit because of damage to the property Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We did accept the offer for months rent back, but we as customers are not satisfiedWe accepted it because it was better than their insulting first offer of $400, but in no way does this come close to anything we are actually happy withWe were just tired of having to go back and forth Mainstreet Renewal did us no favors and we will do them no favorsIf we get back lash from this on our move out inspection and refundable deposit we will be putting in another claim for that as wellI hope everyone figures out how crappy this company is!!!! Also, the roaches are already starting to come back! Thank goodness we are moving outI just feel sorry for the next family that has to go through this Regards, [redacted]

During me lease with this company, not one single maintenance request was fulfilledMonths after move out, I was contacted by a collection agency stating I owed moneyI called Main Street and it took them over months to tell me the damages "were caused by us" and we would have to pay more than our deposit coveredThey charged us to replace the carpetThere were no stainsThe damages were that the carpet was cheap and poorly installed and when vacuuming it started to come up at the entrywaysThis was not misuse it was wear and tear that could not be avoidedTerrible company to try to get anything resolved withThey never follow up or follow throughWould NEVER recommend working with themA replair man told me that they don't complete maintenance requests because mainstreet does not pay and is far behindThis could explain why none of the repairs I complained about were never fixed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have heard this same response from Main Street Renewal several times before and the problem still existThe last time I called in to speak to a representative about this issue and why it hasn't been resolved yet, she specifically said that she had escalated the priority to emergency status and someone would be in contact to fix the issue within hoursThat was last wednesday, I still haven't heard a word from themMy wife spoke to them about a week before that and they told her the exact same thing and we were never contacted Regards, [redacted] ***

Your apologies for delay at this point mean nothing to meI have called several times today and have left messages and yet no one calls backIt seems as if avoidance is your gameShall we see what happens in court when I sue for all my deposit plus request for you to be fined for returning what we got of the deposit outside of the day time frame you are giving to return deposits and charge you for all court feesYou would come out winning if you just refunded the rest of the deposit which is less than $rather than pay court fees and fines Regards, [redacted]

We contacted the consumer on their concernsAfter our investigation, we advised that per inspector home is not habitable and the consumer has been advised that he will be released from the leaseAdditional steps will follow due to the home not being habitable

Our Resident Services Team left several messages in July to confirm the work orders were completedThe Revdex.com complaint was closed due to no response from the residentWe have received a second complaint under ID [redacted] and our Resident Services Team will be in touch with the resident soon to address the issues
