I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I'm glad of the assurances that (1) the subscription will continue for the time that has been paid, (2) the collection company will be notified and "debt" cancelled, and (3) my son's credit score will not be affected I cannot confirm these until several months pass with no collection notices and hits to his credit score The reason I have no confidence, is that I was assured on each of my three phone calls that the matter was cleared up.Regarding your response, I don't see how my sister (billed to my son) was ever responsible for the $"debt" I looked at the attachment that you sent She selected and paid for the amount you described I looks as if you were automatically adding on months, charging it, then sending it to collection This looks to me like fraud And to think you were sending this to a year old boy!I requested this in writing before I want a letter from Time Life that (1) verifies that my son has no debt and that (2) it was their mistake And time will tell if the collection has truly ended
