Thank you for the reply And I'll provide the copy of my RENEWAL order and the cancelled check.Please note, they ask to provide the documents (apparently) by fax! And as I do not have a fax machine readily to my disposal, may I ask for an email address?Otherwise please forward the attachments (PDF) provided.Also: when Sunset customer service original had asked for copy of the cancelled check, I never succeeded to send a fax to them, as their fax machine simply aborted the transmissions! (And I tried several times on the two fax numbers provided!) And my letters had been ignored... I have sent MULTIPLE cancellation requests and I did NOT authorize them to recharge my card - in fact, I have called and told them NOT to recharge my card Furthermore, when I contacted the magazine they claimed (and I have the email to prove it) that they had been sending the magazine to my new address that I JUST moved to last month all alongthis is some seriously shady business practice in that 1) they're flat out lying about the address 2) I called to request cancellation and to confirm no auto renewal 3) I further emailed and requested cancellation

Cookbook was accepted in for $plus s/h, which enrolled *** *** in a FOOD & WINE book seriesSince then the customer received the Books and Cocktail guides and such every year until 2015. Customer was sent announcement cards prior to each shipment which gave her the opportunity to cancel. In any event, our records show that we have issued full refunds on the last two books in the series and cancelled *** ***'s subscription.
