I did not made a purchase through ***, an authorized magazine subscription agent by Time Inc.I did not made a purchase for a issue subscription of *** *** magazine. *** *** Magazine company sent me magazines for approximately in May and June of (approximately one magazine every week)I never give my consent to *** *** Magazine to sent me their magazinesI never gave my personal information (my name, my address) to *** *** Magazine*** *** Magazine company is invading my privacyI am very concerned that how my identity ad personal information were obtained by *** *** Magazine company.
I don't want *** *** Magazine and its affiliate companies to contact me for any matter in the futureI don't want my identity and personal information to be used and distributed by *** *** Magazine and its affiliate companiesPlease report to police and other law enforcement agencies as needed.I will have to report to law enforcement agencies if *** *** Magazine and its affiliate companies contact me or if *** *** Magazine and its affiliate companies use my personal information or if *** *** Magazine and its affiliate companies send me products in the future unlawfully.

After further examining our records on behalf of TIME magazine, we provide the following response to her additional concerns:On December **, 2014, our records show that a issue ( 1-year) online subscription offer for $was accepted for *** ***, which included a free Ultronic Weather Station Clock (with paid subscription). The delivery service began with the January **, 2015, issue and continued through the copy dated August *, 2015, serving to the following:*** *** *** *** ** ***As *** *** noted in her correspondence, it appears issues for TIME magazine were received by *** *** thus confirming the local mail carrier made deliveries to the above referenced address. However, this changed when the issues were returned to us by the US Postal Service marked "return to sender - invalid address." As a result of the notification of invalid address, the order was canceled on July *, 2015; a partial refund of $was credited back to *** Exp1/**.
