Quick, Friendly and Fantastic
Quality of work was top notch. Oscar and Romero team were very professional and accommodating. Watched the process from start to finish - it looks fantastic and we can’t wait to use our new space!
Matrix fraudulently processed a contract that was cancelled. The loan was through GreenSky lending company for over $23,000. They have not reversed the loan causing interest to build and transfer to collections. Numerous attempts have been made to contact the person in charge however no return calls are been received for a manager.
A Matrix representative has reached out to this customer and are working to resolve this issue.

Maitri just finished our basement and didn’t outstanding job the contractors were professional and on time and we were always told about the schedule we love our basement and would refer them to any of your friends or family

We have uncompleted/poor work that needs to be addressed. The company specifically the owner will not call us back and they have been paid in full.
We fixed the issues and paid the client yesterday. This complaint is confusing we met with mrs *** yesterday and ha des her a check?

He looked ahead with what needed to be done and my schedule and managed to get it all done...even before Thanksgiving day. Process went super smooth and everyone was super nice and knowledgeable and explained everything even all my many questions.
Shout out to all other companies that also took part in getting our basement done.

This company does not stand behind their product or installation. I bought it through a "factory authorized" distributor and had it installed by their "factory trained" installers. When problems arouse they claimed it was the installers fault and when I had water damage in their "water proof" walls they claimed it wasn't covered in the warranty. If you read the warranty they can get out of any problem by blaming it on something that is not covered. For what it cost me I really expected them to actually take responsibility and fix the issues. I would never do business with this company again and I would highly recommend anyone looking to get their basement finished look some where else.
This is not a direct client of Matrix Basements where our installers are factory trained. we do not good any business in this zip code or have a customer with this last name.
