The Matrix team finished our basement for us and their service was excellent. From the first consultation to the final inspection, they were professional and timely. We were given advance notice of every step to the process, and it was clear that they value us as a customer. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to finish or remodel your basement!

Matrix was overall great! They finished their part of the basement very quickly and did a nice job. I was worried it wouldn't get done before summer was over and they finished their portion(which was mainly everything except paint, flooring, and ceiling) in about 1 1/2 months! Nice job!

Excellent installation and product. I'm happy with what I got. The installers were super professional and efficient. The sales person was rude and a total dude-bro. I felt talked down to. You can't assume women don't understand things. I'm an engineer. Also, making inappropriate comments about my roommates is pretty gross.I put up with him because I wanted the job done asap and I knew I wouldn't have to deal with him again.
