Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: On at 3:pm I spoke with a store manager that called from ###-###-#### and was told that he was going to review the shop videoAll side skirts on my vehicle did not need clips only the side where the employee damagedI sent the photo of the damage attached to my complaint of before when it was damaged and after the mechanic just put screw in itThe manager Kevin said they was going to order the clips and they will repair the next day, but when I returned they never even ordered it said they would put tapeWith that being said I have attached pics1) pic of damages Mavis did to right side of vehicle 2) pic of repair Mavis did to right side of vehicle the next day 3) pic of left side of vehicle that shows side skirt was perfectly fine no damages 4) pic is the right side of the vehicle prior to bring it to Mavis As you see I take pride in my vehicle and notices the damage right away once it was damagedWhich is the real reason I have filled the complaint because my vehicle was damaged not like Mavis manager said my vehicle needed clipsMy wife even told the manager that the vehicle had no damage to the right side before bringing it ibe and the manager still tried to tell us both it must have beenThe facts prove itself that my vehicle was damaged by negligent worker and was not compensatedI have sent the proof In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer was not forced into buying anythingThe store brought the customer out to his car and showed him which parts were worn and what needed to be replacedAfter the customer was shown this he agreed to the work being doneCustomer is being sent a voucher in the amount of $as per the regional manager even though all work was necessary as a courtesyThank you

Upon investigation by our Regional Manager and Director, it has been determined that the services that Mavis/STS performed were completed safely and properlyMavis/STS will not be refunding the services which were accurately completed on the customer's vehicleThank you

Our Regional Manager has reached out to this customer and left messages regarding this complaint, but have not received any return phone calls or messagesThank you!

Upon extensive investigation into this concern, the customer came in and requested an oil change be done to the vehicleOur service manager, Dave, called the customer back and he was the one who recommended a 30,mile service on her car and quoted her about $for the 30,mile service only The 30,service ended up only being $190, plus the oil change which she initially came in for, which does have its own charge, it is not included in a 30,service plus taxCustomer did approve all work to be done and was aware of all the chargesIn an effort to ensure customer satisfaction Mavis is willing to offer the customer a $voucher for future serviceThank you
