We will continue to have our Regional Manager Rob, try to get in contact with the customerHe is more than willing to work with her on a resolution but we need to get her on the phone in order to do soThank you

As per our Regional Manager, an offer has been discussed and accepted by the customer to address his complaintRegarding the vouchers accepted by the customer, if the vouchers expire before the customer is able to use them, Mavis/STS will gladly re-issue the voucher's with a new expiration dateThank you!

Again, did Mavis actually speak with Midas? Also, please do not say that the oil change was done completely, unless filling an engine half way is deemed acceptableAs a matter of fact, the Monroe location advised that my front two tires were inside out which was done by the *** store a year priorAnd what does Mavis specialize in??? We can end the back and forth but I want my complaint on the record.This was a very expensive learning experience.

He did leave a voicemail for me on Friday, which I returned, but have not gotten an answer from him at this time. Again, Mavis investigated this incident extensivelyThe audio and video footage do not support any of the customer's claimsIt was the customer's daughter that the store was dealing with and she had requested Cooper tiresWe did offer to the customers that we would still be happy to do our best to assist them and sell them a Michelin tire at our cost, however, they declined thisWe are still going to leave that option available for the customers if they would like to do thatThank you

They keep talking about vertical marksThe vertical marks were made by the tool when inserted between the wheel and tireCurb rash is horizontal not vertical when your tire rubs a curb it does so in a circular motion causing a horizontal scrapeThe vertical indentation is was caused by the technician removing the tire or installing itI do not want my wheels fixed because they will never be the sameI came there with perfect wheels on a car with just MIles that is,always garagedI want compensation for wheel replacementIf I don't get compensation I will have no other choice but for a judge to decideI will file a complaint

Mavis is more than happy to fulfill the customers request of receiving a discountOur Regional District Manager, Garry, offered the customer a voucher which is a discount on the cost of any serviceWe are still happy to honor the voucher that Garry offeredThank you

Upon investigation of this situation, the customer was not provided the incorrect tiresOur Regional Manager has determined that unfortunately, there is no further action for Mavis/STS to take in this situationThank you!

This offer is not acceptableI spent over $at Mavis tires, and was already inconvenienced on more then one occasion by having to return to the location several times to for adjustments and to look at the rotors againSupposedly the when I returned they adjusted the brakes but I still felt no difference in the performance, and changed the rotors because of the rusting in less then a week, and thenrusted again within a week and a half.Mavis offered to service at another Mavis location and provide parts from the Toyota dealer, this was acceptable until they could not provide information or proof such as number or location from the Toyota dealer they would purchase fromI suggested to allow the Toyota dealer to do the work, but the regional Manager will not refund with out the parts being returnedRidiculousI refuse to pay additional money out of pocket when I already have been inconvenienced by their establishment thus farMavis needs to be responsible for all costs to rectify this situation with out continuing to inconvenience the consumer. Either Mavis can provide a contact number or proof parts were purchase purchased from the Toyota Dealer, service the brakes at their Allerton/Boston Road location by changing the rotors, disks and pads with noticeable performance change as well as look at the strut/shock from the right passenger side that is making noise. OR they can pay for the same service provided by the dealership and retrieve their parts from the dealer which happens to be on Boston Road as well

After extensive investigation into this concern, we have no record of this customer coming back to our location or calling us in regards to any issues with their serviceThis service was done months ago, if there was any issue with this customer's alignment or oil change we would have happily
re-performed both under warrantyOur records also indicate that the customer has already filed a charge back on their credit card, because of this, Mavis is unable to authorize any kind of a reimbursement. Thank you

The customer has not called our corporate office or store to allow us to assist him with this issueWe will be happy to forward this issue to the Regional District Manager of the *** *** Mark, to call the customer to discuss his concerns immediatelyThank you

We checked our history and see that the customer was quoted $a tire (not including the balancing) the store charged the customer $a tire (not including balancing) therefore we are happy to send the customer a refund of $56.53, which is the difference plus taxThank you

Mavis has put the wrong license plate number on their systemWe returned during the days period and they couldn't locate us in the system due to their errorThey claimed the tire was never fixed there to begin with.The regional manager had offered to sent us a voucher for the cost of the original tire repair, not half of the total cost of the tire replacement as their reply sugested.My wife and I won't accept the vouchers as we feel unsafe to let Mavis do any further work on any of our vehicles
