Since you are not our customer, you haven't ordered from us, we do not know what model of shoes you have. We will send you a battery replacement by the end of the week to go with your remote controller. This is all we can do in this situation. promised 2 day order processing and 2 day shipping which would have totaled 4 days in which I should've received my order. Instead it took 14 days before it was even shipped. I would consider this being an isolated unexpected delay that was out of their control but many, many other consumers have posted complaints of the same nature in regards to this company over the course of the last 12 months, therefore showing a pattern of the company promising something that they simply do not deliver.
