I have read numerous complaints from customers with the exact same issue It is a manufacturers defect whether you agree or not I have given you a chance to do the right thing, but your company is not, in my opinion, trustworthy and does not stand behind its product I will be escalting this to small claims court..unless I can get enough people together and go for a class action suit.By the way, the defect didn't show up right away because the connection came undone after my grand daughter wore the sneaker around times because the connection was not seated correctly.How do you explain the same complaint by numerous people How come you have an F rating with the Revdex.com.....You should be ashamed of yourself and if you can't make a quality product get out of the business
