I have submitted my request 3 times now and the response is an immediate decline/reject with the very unprofessional staff comments.   This issue has not been resolved and I will involve my attorney if necessary if a full refund is not grants in a timely manner.

my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The second shipment was so late, and the company refused to answer my numerous phone calls, emails, and their company website chat that I was forced to purchase a different pair of shoes from a different company so that I would have the shoes purchased and ready to give as a gift for Chirstmas.Had they responded to my numerous attempts to contact them, this matter could have been resolved. They refused and/or ignored all of my attempts to try to rectify the situation or even to find out why one order came in on time and for several weeks nothing else was shipped.When I tried to return the second shipment, I emailed them at least 5 times. They kept stalling and refused to give me the return address.  I proceeded to return the second shipment anyway. Then they finally send me an email advising that I would not be refunded unless their required "RMA" was completed, signed and returned with the shoes.  Because of their untimely response to my request for a return address I send them the completed RMA along with the shipping/tracking information.They still have not contacted me about receiving the return.  Perhaps if they had better customer service my complaints would not have been necessary.

I ordered shoes from the company Hoverkicks on December [redacted] in the amount of $88, their website states allow two day processing and two day shipping. I was supposed to have received my item on December [redacted], when my item was not delivered I called them on December [redacted] and was told my item was due to ship on December [redacted] and that I should receive it on December [redacted]. I also emailed the company requesting a delivery status because the item was needed no later than December [redacted], I received a response on December [redacted] stating as soon as the shipment leaves the warehouse, a UPS tracking number would be emailed to me. Have yet to receive a tracking number, when you go to track the order the status shows processing...I no longer want the shoe. I have since tried to contact the company on numerous occasions via phone, only to be kept on hold for hours and then be disconnected each time. I contacted them via email as well and am not receiving a response. I decided to go on the company Facebook page to submit a complaint and to my surprise, I am not the only one having this issue with the company and think they are a scam. There are numerous complaints on their site regarding money being taken from accounts and items not being received.
