contacted directly by Maxima E-Commerce Holdings LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The company sent me a return shipping label (which took a week and a half to email to me).  I sent the shoes back on March [redacted].  I checked the tracking and saw that they received the shoes on March [redacted].  I then emailed the company asking when I should be expecting me new shoes.  Attached is the response I received.  It is now April [redacted] and I still do not have my shoes.  This has been going on now for 2 months.

Ordered a pair of "Hoverkicks" Shoes and nothing was ever shipped. No one answers the phone. They just put you on perpetual hold. No emails are returned, but they charge you immediately. You will never get product from them. This company is a con artist

 They sent me a charger on Monday April [redacted], 2016. Thank you for your help.

I ordered a pair for my son for Christmas and they did arrive in time, however on shoe does not work. Contacted hoverkicks by phone which I was on hold for a very long time and she told me she would email me instructions on checking the battery connections which I did but still don't work. Called again spent forever on hold and was told I would receive a replacement battery which I have not seen yet. In the meantime thier customer service phone number has been removed from thier website. Very poor company to deal with!

If I could rate a 0, I would. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on December 7, 2017 in hopes to get them by Christmas. I received two pairs a little over a week later. After waiting for my last pair, I called on Thursday, 12/21/17 to find out how much longer it would take for my shoes to get here. They told me my shoe was out of stock and asked me to pick a different shoe. I chose a different shoe. They reassured me that they would get it to me by Saturday, 12/23/17. To make a long story short, they came a day after Christmas. They were dirty and appeared to be used. The other pair did NOT work. They want me to PAY for shipping for an EXCHANGE on shoes that DO NOT light up. The only way I can get my money back is to PAY to ship the shoes back. They have the WORST customer service. They are not empathetic at all. Although I was not notified that my shoes were out of stock, AND THEY CAME AFTER THE DATE PROMISED, Vincent (customer service manager) says there will be no money given back because I got the shoes at the end of the day although they were LATE, and NOT the shoes I wanted, and DIRTY, and DID NOT WORK. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. I FEEL SCAMMED SO BUYERS BEWARE!

You guys need to sue the company! They have tons of failed business ventures, and a couple of suits as is. They hide their IP addresses for the websites they operate and everything. I found the names of the employees after doing some digging, but it took a LOT of digging. THANKFULLY, I always do thorough research on anything I buy so I've never bought anything from them. I just kept seeing complaints, many thousands now, and decided I wanted to help people track these scammers down. Just Google MAXIMA EUDEMONIA LLC, or any of their businesses. You'll eventually find the info to launch a lawsuit/complaint. Just posting helps little. Hoverkicks, Hoverboard360, and whatever else they are using as a shell company these days is only going to end up being a scam. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, AND WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW (OR DON'T) SO THEY'RE FORCED OUT OF BUSINESS.

Review: Ordered product from Hoverkicks.com on March *, 2016 with 2 day shipping. There has been no communication, no tracking info. They don't respond to email and their phone automatically hangs up on you. They don't respond through their [redacted] page but they have multitudes of upset people posting to them about not receiving their orders.Desired Settlement: I want my product ordered and communication from the company or my money back.

Review: This company is owner of HoverKicks. I ordered a pair of shoes on the [redacted] of feb. Their website states free 2 day shipping and says to allow 4 days for processing. I waited a week and my order was still processing. I emailed and sent message through Facebook and no response. At that time there was no number on the website to call so I called the number off my bank statement and got a guy who just answered the phone like it was his personal cell phone. I asked if he was the owner of hoverkicks and he said no, but he works there. I asked who do I need to talk to, to find out about my order. He said he would help but that's not his department. He put me on hold for about 3 to 5 Montes and came back stating that I should have received an email stating that the shoes were out of stock. Let me note that their website states that they're in stock. But for some reason an email was never sent to me. Is what he said. Then asked if I wanted to either wait till they were in stock or a refund. I said I'll just take a refund. I asked how long the refund would take, he said 2 to 5 days. This was on the [redacted]. He emailed me while we were on the phone that stated the refund but it's a email that was very unprofessional and I can not believe a company would send something like that out. Now it's the [redacted]. I've called, no answer. I've emailed, no answer. I want my money back now! They also should check their Facebook and refund all the people they have promised to refund.Desired Settlement: I want my money back now.

Review: Purchased a shoe product from this company on February *, 2016 for my daughters birthday. Gave the shoes to my daughter on March *, 2016 for her birthday. She wore the shoes for approximately 1 week and the shoes (which have light up soles) started to glitch and malfunction. I contact the company today and the indicated they will not replace the defective shoes. I am not asking for a refund, just an exchange in the product.Desired Settlement: I would like my daughters shoes to be exchange for new working shoes.

Review: I ordered and paid in full (310.00) almost a year ago for a sweater which I never received. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company and I cannot get any kind of response.This company (Maxima Apparel) also has several other companies on its web site that it says its part of there company's growing portfolio one of those companies is called ([redacted]) this is the company that I ordered my sweater from. Also please keep in mind I used my [redacted] account to pay for the sweater. Thanks You[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a Refund.
