Horrible companyI can't seem to get them to accept my returnI completed the process and was told I would hear in a couple days, it's been weeksYou call customer service and it just keeps saying all representatives are currently busyThey probably have the phone off the hookI'm afraid I will never se my money back

Due to a high demand for our product we experienced some inventory issues, however, on the tracking number it states that something is missing on the shipping address, that is why there has been delayed delivery and it still on its waySee the tracking number information attached

I originally reached out to the company on December *** to discuss the possibility of exchanging the shoes (order #***) because I couldn't process it on their website because the shoes had been purchased on December ***, but they were not opened (a Christmas gift) until the *** and upon the initial usage, the right big toe lit up a different color then the rest of the shoe, the right shoe began flickering in and out and turned itself offIt would not hold a chargeI reached out the company again on the 1/* and was given a new order number (#***) to try through the website to process the returnAgain, it didn't workI reached out again on 1/and received a third order number to try (#***)This number finally worked and I was able to submit the return via the company's website including several images of the shoes as they currently are (from all angles; per their request)I corresponded with the company on the ***, ***, and *** only to receive an e-mail saying my return had been denied because it was outside of the fifteen day windowI am still hoping to get them exchanged, but if the company is unwilling to do so, then I would like a refund, to return the product and take my business elsewhere
