Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me under the following conditions1. Coordinate a time that the merchant (Mr W***) and his installer are available. The initial requirement is to explain how the last time his organization spoke with me about a week ago this was not an option2. Expectation to follow the guideline as closely as possible and insure a quality installation. I was told they had not done before or had been quite a whileStart of your project by pulling the carpet back away from the work area and your kneesMeasure 1/4" from the edge of the tile and draw a line.Second measure the opening and cut the z-bar and the tack strip.Use the hacksaw to cut the z-bar and the chisel for the tack stripContinue and place a wide side of the z-bar down and keep the edge of the narrow side in line 1/4" away from the edge of the tile.Place a tack strip on top of the z bar so that nails are directed away from the room and towards the bathroom. Assure that z bar is in line and hammer the strip downPull the padding (only) and place over the installed tack strip - trim the padding with the edge of the tack strip keeping your hand on the angle away from the nails.Next, place the carpet over the z-bar and the tack strip and use the carpet kicker to stretch the carpetOnce stretched trim the carpet 2” inches past the edge of the tileTry to keep the cut straight and neat and pay extra attention not cut the carpet to short.Once cut fold the carpet and tuck in to the z-bar using a flat chisel or a putty knifeTake your time here and use a knee kicker if needed to pull some extra carpet in.Special care must be made to not crack tile when hamming the z-bar in place Note: pictures of Z-Bar transition overlap is attachedI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedIf the company does not perform as agreed I can get back to you at: ***Regards, *** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a letter a duplicate of the email sent to me by the manager with the five dollars enclosed. I received no calls from the store manager I did receive a call from the area manager on May 31.Also would like to
dispute the action of the original employ I interacted with she did not respond to me except to print out a receipt for the telephone number. I will not shop that store again. I got my refund ( dollars) and copy of the email on June 12. The action was on May 27. I called the store on the 28th and only got a response after placing calls to there regional office. If these people really do care about there customers they would have responded in more timely matter

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:Regarding the French doors I never asked your company to clean the French door windowsThat is my routine task and if I needed assistance I would hire a professional companyAlso, I was told the French door windows could be wet sanded, but was told later that your company does not do wet sandingThat’s a repair job and you don’t fo repairs for your information I never told you when I purchased the shuttersYour “figure” is wrongPer my expert opinionThe shutters are in good condition with the exception of the shutters that fell off the wallI did not accuse you of taking down the shutters, but you did reinstall it and that is classified as a repairThe shutters should have been left leaning against the wallAccusing me of taking the opportunity of your company paying me for new shutters is a complete statementYour comment about my students are unkindThey are polite, gentle and responsibleThey need “respect” face the facts - #The shutters that fell off the wall should never been reinstalledThat’s a repair#As a professional you should have inspected the screen

April 27th, 2017Last April 13th 2017, a Customer visited my Store located at *** *** ***Philadelphia, PA ***(ID assigned ***)Unfortunately one of my employees provided the customer with wrong information about the New Philadelphia Syrup TaxesThe Customer purchased a Caramel Frappe
(unknown size) and for this reason we are refunding $for this transactionBeing the customer desire to be refund, we want to reimburse what we are assuming she paid for it.Unfortunately, the customer wants not to be charge again for the additional Fee (Philadelphia Syrup Taxes) but we cannot address that discomfort on this matterIt is a completely thing out of our controlIf the customer visits any other McDonald's in the Philadelphia area, the Caramel Frappe prices will be the same with the Fee she is complaining about.Regards,Abel M. The U.SDepartment of Education (ED) placed an account in the consumer’s name with Coast Professional Inc(Coast) on March 16, 2014. On March 24, 2015, the consumer contacted RevCrest Inc(RevCrest), a subcontractor of Coast, and enrolled into the Loan Rehabilitation Program with a
pre-qualifying monthly payment amount of $5, pending receipt of the Proof of Income (POI) required for approval by ED. The consumer was advised that in order to successfully complete the program she would need to make nine (9) qualifying payments within a ten (10) month period. Unfortunately, the consumer only made seven (7) payments, resulting in not completing the program. On January 19, 2017, the consumer contacted a RevCrest representative to discuss her account. During the call the consumer expressed concerns about the amount of fees that have been addedThe consumer advised she could not make payments on top of the current Administrative Wage Garnishment (AWG) that was on her account and advised that she would contact ED directly to inquire about the fees that were added to the account. All fees applied to the account are set by the U.SDepartment of Education, not RevCrest. The consumer may contact a RevCrest representative at * * *** *** to discuss options that are available to her

The staff are all extremely rude and hostile at time and lack any kind of patienceItems are always missing and the bathrooms are filthy and lack basic supplies such as a proper soap dispenser I've never had a correct order taken And on numerous occasions my privacy has been violated by nosy staff and the mangers never seem to care about helping customers at all or listening to what is being said to them I want something done about this horrible nightmare of a store
