I have never been on a mega bus from Dc to Knoxville and only stopped 1 time.. Also you can't ask the driver a question about your arrival and it is either hot or too cold on every bus I have been on..

We need a working  telephone number so we can speak with the complainant.

I have been buying silver for many years and look for the best price with the least risk. SD Bullion has consistently performed better than all the other places I tried so I pretty much use SD Bullion exclusively. I keep records of my purchases, so I know this for a fact. Many other precious metals sellers have great service, but not the prices. In addition to that, they sell a wide variety of coins, so you can stack more interesting coins for your dollar.

Plus they have great customer service reps who are ready to help and quick shipping. The packaging is very sturdy too.

Client was refunded $13.00 for the return trip. However, we are unable to refund the tickets for April 8, 2014 due to megabus tickets being non refundable as per our terms and conditions. After reviewng the account we see the client did not select the trip she wished to reschedule instead she...

purchased a new reservation. Please be advised our website also states the amount being charged to the credit card for the client to confirm before completing the transaction.

I am rejecting this response because:
It's untrue- I was at the bus terminal at that very time and was in fact on the phone with megabus. This is yet another departure time that has been quoted. It's not possible that the bus departed while I was sitting at the bus stop inquiring about the bus location.

I apologize for the inconvenience but according to our records the bus was not overbooked. We are aware that the bus did depart 1hr 15min late. However, we did provide the service. According to our terms and conditions we do not offer compensation for that time frame of delay.

Please provide us with the copy of the receipt for the extra luggage as well as the reservation  number for the journey you are referring to so we can further investigate this concern.

I usually love the Megabus, but was really disappointed in my most recent experience. My bus from Washington D.C. was scheduled to leave at 4:10pm. Around 4:30pm, Megabus staff came down the line letting people know that the bus was 20 minutes late - no further explanation was given. However, the bus did not show up for another 40 minutes, meaning it was exactly an hour late total. There was no explanation or apology given. I was frustrated by the lack of communication and the tardiness of the bus.

It's statedin our Terms & Conditions on our website. 2.    Reservations with megabus.com may not be refunded or cancelled except where megabus.com has materially failed in its delivery of the service offered by this site. As far as our internal policy when we would give compensation for a delay we are not allowed to share with the public.

I have made over ten orders with this company over several years and have found them to be prompt, honest and provide exactly what they say they will. I have never had a single complaint. Great prices are a bonus.

I am impressed with the service and products I have received from SD Bullion. I have compared their products and services to a number of competitors and found that SD Bullion's description and condition of the product was precisely what was delivered.

I will be doing business with SD Bullion again!

I am rejecting this response because: it is not addressing my initial complaint.  I will not be using mega bus in the future because of the horrific experience and I am demanding a full refund plus reimbursement for the Uber ride I was forced to take from the scene of their failed attempt to get me to [redacted].
