We value our customers and careful consideration is given to all customer claims. We fully appreciate and understand the customer’s feelings regarding this matter, but it is our policy not to accept responsibility for damages that could not have occurred in our Car WashOur equipment is so
designed that there is no part of it that operates in such a way as to cause the damage presently on the vehicle. The damage in question is not consistent with the movement of the soft cloth. Furthermore, the cloth based equipment in the Car Wash could not cause deep scratchesAlso, hundreds of vehicles passed through the Car Wash on the date in question with no similar reports of damageIn the interest of customer goodwill, we have offered to have our Detail Shop perform a courtesy Scratch Repair Service which should help to remedy the issue

We can understand the customers feelings regarding this incident, however; our investigation of this complaint strongly indicates that the damage was the result of a pre-existing condition Normally the paint finish on a vehicle, if properly applied and in sound condition, will not be affected
by the Car Wash or pre-spray process, The only time a problem may occur is when the paint has lost its adhesion creating a peeling, bubbled or flaking condition We have issued a check to the customer in the event the damage was further aggravated at Delta Sonic.Our correspondence to the customer advised to contact our office to schedule an appointment with our manager to inspect the vehicle and have the claim re-evaluated if they disagree with this decision

I'm told to contact them directly and when that happens the first time they said the didn't receive my emailI asked for the contact information and that was not givenNothing has been resolved and I still have not received any contact information

We appreciate the customer's concerns and have carefully considered this complaint Our holiday hours were displayed at each location on windmaster sign stands as well as on the door of the convenience store Please see the attached handout that is given to each customer when they sign
into the plan, and to which the initial receipt is stapled This notifies the customer that the plan price is subject to change Any price change is communicated on the bottom of the receipt and on the Super Lane screen days prior. We apologize for any confusion In the interest of customer goodwill, we will have a complimentary $gift card mailed to the address provided

Unfortunately, plans are not tied to license plate numbers The complainant was using several different sticker numbers that were tied to one single charge: tag numbers ***, ***, and *** Each time he used the plan, it would be a different vehicle He would ask the cashier for a new tag for that vehicle and have it linked to his current account with an active charge We have tags for him, so vehicles being used off one charge, within less than monthsThe plan was cancelled based off the tag usage seen in his history

In response to the inspection by the Site Supervisor, our findings have reinforced our position that our Car Wash could not have caused the alleged damage There is simply no equipment within the Car Wash that could cause the damage in question We regret any inconvenience involved but must stand on our original judgment of denying responsibility for this claim

After much back and forth, Delta Sonic has replaced my damaged window

We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident reported and fully understand the customer's concerns Our investigation of this complaint strongly indicates that the damage in question was the result of a pre-existing condition Yellow scratches and scuff marks
on the mirror housing prior to the service indicate previous damage In the event the damage was further aggravated by our service, and in the interest of customer goodwill, the mirror was replaced with a Certified Automotive Parts Association aftermarket part that meets or exceeds OEM standards The replacement part was deemed insurance grade To determine if the part is in fact incorrect, we would require an inspection by a licensed insurance adjuster The complainant can contact our Auto Repair Services Department at ###-###-#### to schedule an appointment with an adjuster

We have attempted to appraise fairly and properly all the information and reports available to us regarding the occurrence of this alleged incident Our investigation has determined that the incident was the fault of another customer who accidentally placed their vehicle in drive and rear
ended this customer Each driver is instructed at the entrance of the Car Wash to place their vehicle in neutral Any variation of these instructions can cause the vehicle to collide with another vehicle We can provide the complainants insurance carrier with information on the the party at fault If the complainants insurance carrier denies the request to pursue the party at fault, we would just require a denial letter from the carrier and we would be willing to assist the customer

We have re-evaluated the customer's claim Our findings have reinforced our position that the damage in question is not consistent with any of the services provided at Delta Sonic Delta Sonic's toweling material and wiping method have been proven safe and reliable Our Area Manager also inspected the damage firsthand The damage is limited to the driver side doors The detailers dry a vehicle with a constant motion so certainly, if the damage occurred, the damage would have been repeated on other areas of the vehicle We appreciate the customers concerns and apologize for any inconvenience, but must stand on our original judgment of denying responsibility for this claim

Approval for the wheel replacement was sent to Porsche Norwell on 10/13/

I do not have the receipt for the original gift certificateObviously it was paid for or they wouldn't have accepted itAnother certificate is useless as they have proven they couldn't honor the certificate with two attemptsI have photos of the shoddy work they did, and video of the grime they left behind being blown out of mats. *** ***

Due to the nature of the damage, we would like an
Independent Adjuster to assess the overall condition of the bumper, so he can
assist in providing an impartial appraisal regarding the cause of the damage in
question

We apologize for any inconvenience We are more than happy to issue reimbursement for the replacement wiper blade Please either provide a copy of the receipt for the wiper and we will issue a refund check, or return to Delta Sonic with a copy of the receipt for reimbursement

The customer was properly notified of the price increase, and is under no obligation to keep the plan at the increased rate if they would like to opt out
