The windshield chip repair process involves the injection of special adhesives into the damaged part of the glass The degree of success of each repair is a function of several variables The best results are obtained when the damage is recent, the point of impact is small, the cracks
around the damaged area are small, and there is not moisture or other foreign matter in the damaged area In some cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip or crack becoming larger Delta Sonic accepts no responsibility for runs or cracks during the repair process We would be happy to issue a refund in the amount of $for the chip repair We will have a check sent directly to the complainant

As stated in previous correspondence to the customer, our investigation has determined that our conveyor was working properly and not the cause for the complainant's vehicle coming off the track Our records show vehicles were washed at that location on the date of the claimant's visit
with no similar incidents Certainly, if the equipment was malfunctioning, other vehicles would have been caused to leave the track as well Car Wash conveyors are designed to make it practically impossible for a vehicle to come off the track Vehicles going through an automatic Car Wash on a conveyor system, will do so safely, as long as the vehicle remains in neutral, hands are removed from the steering wheel and foot is removed from the brake Any variation of these instructions will cause the vehicle to leave the trackMechanical problems such as wheel alignment, under-inflated tire, low suspension or worn tie rods or ball joints can also affect tracking on a conveyor system Photos taken of the vehicle on the date of the claim show as the vehicle's wheels are straight, the steering wheel is crooked, which is a sign of poor alignment. It was reported to us that the complainant has filed a claim with their insurance carrier We will be more than happy to assist the insurance carrier with their investigation

We will be happy to assist the customer's insurance carrier with this matter. Unfortunately, due to the issues surrounding the customer's visit, they have been trespassed from our establishments

We appreciate the customers concerns however; after
investigation, it was determined the problem did not occur due to any
negligence on the part of Delta Sonic.
Our records show the customer came to our facility on 11/4/15, and again
on 11/20/15. Video was reviewed for each
visit
and clearly shows that the oil cap was properly replaced each time. We have offered to set up an appointment for
the customer to view the video with the District Manager of our Oil Change
Operations, but the offer was declined.
Although we will not be accepting liability on this claim,
we are still willing to schedule the appointment to view video

In response to the meeting with our representative, our claims committee has reviewed the details of this complaint in conjunction with his report Our findings have reinforced our position that our service could not have caused the alleged damage In the interest of customer goodwill, approval for the repair was sent to Brother's Collision on 6/3/We will pay them directly at the completion of the repair The complainant can call the collision center to schedule an appointment for repair

Good Morning, No I did not get a claim number because whenever I called someone they would give me the run aroundI called the corporate number and they put me on hold for long period of timesI even left them my number and no one never called me backI submitted pictures of my antenna when it broke off and I sent one being fixedI can give you the name and number of the person that fixed it for me and how much he charged me to fix it

It also states in the attached print out in yellow words that Delta Sonic can extend the introductory rate for lower then average usersOf which I barely go 2x a monthI feel Delta Sonic is refusing to work with me in this matterIn addition that print out was never given to me or attached to my receipt when I signed up
