According to Mercari’s Terms of Service Article 2. User Registration; Account Information: Users “are only able to register for one account.” It also states that “Mercari may choose in its sole discretion not to approve your account registration if:… (iii) you have had a previous Mercari account...

terminated or suspended; or (iv) Mercari otherwise determines that your account registration would be inappropriate.”
This user’s first accounts was suspended on 6/8/2016 for initiating offline transactions which are prohibited on Mercari. Their second account has been suspended and deleted on 7/19/2016.
There are no open transactions or direct deposits remaining for the user. As Mercari has determined that this user has registered for multiple accounts and engaged with prohibited conduct on the platform, the user is ineligible for reinstatement.

We have confirmed the item as delivered to the buyer on 5/8/2017. The buyer confirmed they had received the item by submitting a rating for the seller. We apologize for the inconvenience, but appreciate the buyer's patience as the item was delivered.

response. In this case, the user was contacting us regarding the same issue which may have incurred a similar responses.
Mercari prohibited trading on the platform. The customer has used common words or phrases in relation to trading which is why they incurred a suspension from our Moderation Team. As of now, it appears the account was reinstated and the transaction was completed.

We have terminated this users account due to a bank inquiry initiated by the user, it is our policy to suspend users in these instances since these types of inquiries can indicate potentially fraudulent behavior.
