I would appreciate further explaination as to how I went against the user agreement allowing you to hold my money as that is illegal. According to Mercari’s Terms of Service Article 2. User Registration; Account Information: Users “are only able to register for one account.” It also states that “Mercari may choose in its sole discretion not to approve your account registration if:… (iii) you have had a previous Mercari account...
terminated or suspended; or (iv) Mercari otherwise determines that your account registration would be inappropriate.”
It was determined that this user has breached the User Agreement and persisted to engage in Prohibited Conduct. They are ineligible for reinstatement.

Mercari has recognized this individual has created multiple accounts and continuously breached the Mercari User Agreement and Terms of Service.
Mercari does not have any information to share with the [redacted] and will continue correspondence with the individual through the previously mentioned...

After reviewing this account, we have determined they have violated our terms of service after repeated warnings. We are allowing their remaining transactions to complete and will release funds to them once reviewed. They are ineligible for reinstatement.

I called my bank and they have no idea what this app is referrering to. Ive said this many times over ONLY to be met with robotic responses.
