Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:the only way that I can provide proof of authenticity is to pay someone to provide me a letter of authenticity. Since [redacted] as a company will not provide this type of service, I am left with an independent party that is knowledgeable in this product. Since I'm positive that Mercari will not accept this as proof, I will not be spending additional dollars to pursue this avenue. Also since I will no longer be doing business with Mercari, the pursuit of this documentation is irrelevant. I would suggest that Mercari hire individuals knowledgeable in products sold on their site so that they can differentiate between valid claims and invalid claims. This is one of the reasons why Mercari is losing sellers to [redacted] and other sites.Sincerely,[redacted]

I received an email saying that the company did not believe I mailed the item (boots). I was told to contact through the app help center which now does not work. It clearly shows where the customer C Parsons rated me after she tecieved the item. I'm due $47 which this company still has sent to me!!!!  I want my money Sincerely,[redacted]

to determine the user had received an item that was not as described and have issued them a refund in Mercari credits for the full price of the item plus shipping costs.

In this instance we chose to provide a credit to the buyer so they would not need to return the item in question, after further contact we were able to refund the buyer to their original payment method.
