Hello, I am glad they reached out however I am not sire how they found my account or if they even did as it was not used with this email address I believe. I show the request for the transfer was July 8th 2017 at 9:12pm for $112.  It never saw that enter the account and did not get a message from Mercari stating it was a bad account. The seller was provided with photos of the damaged item as per [redacted] claim policies, the original email they received with the shipping label also contains the buyer's address and proof of purchase for the purpose of filing a claim with [redacted].

response because:
I never made accounts to get credits- if you review my credit redemption history you will see I never had an abundance of credits and each sign up was with a legitimate email account.  I suggest you also review your terms of service and rules as well because this was not what you had originally said when you deleted my account! I never sold anything counterfeit, followed your rules and had all good reviews. Doesn't add up- unless a company is trying to scam and not release funds to their account holders. [redacted]

rejecting this response because: I am making a complaint about an item I had shipped out, and accidentally wrote in the wrong tracking info. Mercari customer service told me to give them the right info and they would take care of it. When I managed to find the right tracking info, they are not releasing my funds to me even when the buyer has my item. I have been scammed, I would like to report mercari because they told me to send the tracking info EVEN while the item was deactivated by them, I communicated with them and they did not warn me about not being able to release funds, they just scammed me. There is 100% proof this buyer has my item, and she was given a refund, while my item is with her. That is illegal. Mercari needs to release the funds to me. Very unprofessional, unskilled, non-educated people working and running this app. I want my money back, the item has been shipped to the buyer, therefore I want my money for it! What a scam.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I understand you know it was delivered and arrived to me. So do I. That's what the tracking number is for. What you do not know and will not acknowledge was that I received nothing but an empty box and I have more than one witness to it. I trusted this app and have not had any issues previous to this. I took to this app to sell my camera at a discounted price nonetheless and I was scammed and robbed!!! I have received no payment and I no longer have my camera. I am contacting a lawyer for this case if it cannot be resolved because this is not something I am going to let happen to me.

It's untrue and I stopped immediately after the first warning received about gift cards/coupons. I have had so many excuses for why this company suspended my account and they just keep making up more.
 
I am done with their services so I no longer care to carry on this complaint.
