Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:In the comment that was stated, cancel transactions and suspend accounts that show signs of unusual payment activity". I've never made any purchases within the 1 day that I created an account with this company. Never once was I sent/given a warning or anything. Please provide me with the "transactions " that I attempted to make with you all. Now, I did make attempt to make 1 transaction in a phone that I was interested in purchasing and AFTER the fact that I purchased the phone, you all decided to close my account AFTER my money was in the process of being given to the seller. Now is it the "transactions" or something else because I previously received an email stating that the reason for my account being currently closed is because you all can't release specific details.Sincerely,[redacted]

I have asked repeatedly for the proof and they refuse to give it. Also, I got partial payment they still have not remedied the issues with another user I have had destroying my property then returning it.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It claims that I have been confirmed to be a counterfeit seller. That's a bold face bogus lie. This is just the tactics you guys use to hold on to people's money. You guys are unethical, immoral, and flat out full of bs.
I have yet to receive any proof that my items were counterfeit.
I'll tell you why, because there is none.
Like I said in my first post, you guys wont make it much longer treating Customers the way you do.
Upon checking out reviews, I don't seem to be the only one who has been scammed by you crooks.

This account received a couple warnings about potentially counterfeit items. The seller is currently is the last warning. We ask the seller to abide by our Terms of Service or subject themselves to account suspension.

You issued them a refund without investigating or doing anything about the situation. You have yet to answer my 10+ emails I left your customer service team. You did not attempt in the slightest to fix this issue you just ignored it. I hope your company is shut down for the poor customer service you have.

According to Mercari’s Terms of Service Article 2. User Registration; Account Information: Users “are only able to register for one account.” It also states that “Mercari may choose in its sole discretion not to approve your account registration if:… (iii) you have had a previous Mercari account...
terminated or suspended; or (iv) Mercari otherwise determines that your account registration would be inappropriate.”
Mercari has identified multiple accounts associated with this user and has promptly suspended them from using the service. They are still able to log in and request their remaining funds.
We encourage the buyer to log into their existing account and close out their remaining transactions and request their remaining balance.
