Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the item was not misdescribed and I had to relist because the help center would not help me, they simply accepted the return. They don't help their sellers or keep them protected from fraudulent buyers. Since I had to relist the item I had to lower the price because the previous buyer. I sent them photos and they claim to never have received saying I didn't fit the 24 hour time frame. Mercari needs to update their help center and not just have robotsSincerely,[redacted]

from the buyer showing it was cracked when she opened it. Why would the shipper say it was damaged they didn’t physically open it and damage it but it was damaged in the transit and that’s not my fault. I’m enclosing the pics of how I sent it and how the buyer received it Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Per Mecari's "Buyer Protection" Guarantee   "When you purchase an item on Mercari, we hold payment to your seller until you confirm you've received your order and it is as described in the listing."  The items I ordered NEVER arrived, instead I was sent a box of items that I can not use.  Per Mercari's own guarantee they should not have released the Sellers their funds as I had immediately contacted Mercari to let them know that I had the wrong order & requested an immediate refund and a return label.  It took my filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as my contacting my credit card company to get a refund (Which my credit card company issued within minutes of explaining the issue), yet Mercari still tried to keep my funds & give me "credits" to use on their app and no return label for the goods I never purchased.  I was told to "put them up for sale on the app if I didn't want them."  I am STILL requesting a return label so that I can get rid of these items as they are NOT wanted!  Sincerely,[redacted]

After review this user has been in contact with an agent regarding the release of their funds. In which they were told on 12/30 their funds will be released to them as long as no more accounts are created. Therefore this case has been closed, and this user will be receiving their funds by 12/30/17. Mercari Customer Experience

Hello, in regards to complaint #[redacted] about Mercari they have allowed my return and have promptly returned my money. I was unsure how that would work out due to all the negative reviews for them and there lack of response. However in my case they did fix my problem to my satisfaction. Please close my complaint. I am attaching the damaged candle photos. We do NOT want store credit and the debit card has been cancelled to make sure further charges were not made. This user has been removed from our marketplace due to multiple infractions of our Terms Of Service, including creating another account after being removed for previous violations and shipping items that are not on hand. We do not recognize the validity of these complaints and are offering no restitution.
